Raymour and Flanagan made good on a purchase from last year that was having problems with a table peeling. We really appreciate them handling the issue as well as they did. We worked with Eveline and she was so helpful.

I ordered a chair after purchasing one chair the day before I was told to come in between 1200 noon and 5 o clock I went there around 130pm the chair was on its way I was asked if anyone called me to let me know the would be there to later. no problem to run another errand and came back they were unloading the truck. no problem . The find out the chair was given to me pieces for me to put together now we have a problem I inquired they told that is the way they would not put it together. I was angry after spending 13000 -14000 thousand dollars the year before I would expect at least some more money off the purchased of the 2 chairs I bought was told I already received 10 per cent off I was really not happy Please respond rockaway store

Sales folks and delivery and set up were well done. No complaints. Headache free. Very professional. And delivery and setup came on time as promised and couldn’t have been nicer. Kudos to the sale folk, too.
