Annamarie was extremely helpful and she was very patient. She didn’t pressure me in anyway to make a decision.

We had an excellent experience at the Raymour & Flanigan store in Rockaway, NJ, thanks to Ally Davaria! She was absolutely amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit.

We had lots of questions and even tried several different mattresses. Ally took the time to explain the differences, answer every question thoroughly, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for without ever making us feel pressured.

Because of her outstanding customer service and expertise, we felt confident in our decision and ended up making a purchase. She truly made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. If you’re shopping at the Rockaway store, I highly recommend asking for Ally.

I haven’t been in your store in well over a year. Why the survey now?
I have however been waiting for two cushions since requesting replacement last February. We also had a “to-do” with a lift chair which was replaced after 11 months, the replacement lasting only three weeks before it failed. I am not impressed at all with your merchandise or customer service.

Once we got a reply, the service was quick.

Leo was professional and friendly. Listened to what I was really looking for. And very patient with me.

I was left alone for a good amount of time which I LOVE! Then Ahmed (aka Mo) came and asked me if I needed any help or questions answered. Never felt pressured and got me a better price than the sale was. Got a great new couch!

I will never purchase anything again from R&F. Once the sell is over you’re dismissed .. doesn’t matter if you have a warranty or not.
The Rockaway New Jersey is the worst!!!

The sales person took his time with us answering all our questions and even let us retry certain mattresses over again.

Our sales person Ken is the greatest. This is the 3rd time we have shopped with him, and he always comes up with just the right suggestion.

Another perfect purchase at Raymour & Flanigan in Rockaway thanks to the EXCELLENT sales & planning help from Annmarie Bakovic! She took her time and applied her expertise in designing a new dining room table and chairs set for us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and we absolutely love the set she designed for us!

We purchased a sofa in April of 2025, within months one of the seat cushions started to fail. Soon after that a recliner control failed. We reported the issues in November of 2025 as we did purchased the premium service agreement. A gentleman came out and stated he needed to order parts. 12 weeks later the sofa is still not repaired. I filed a complaint with the BBB on 2/1/2026. The next day the BBB responded by saying Raymour never ordered the parts. The parts were finally ordered AFTER The BBB contacted them. Another 8 weeks of waiting.

Horrible furniture, worse service ever, as they do not pick up the phone or call back. Absolutely the worse....

I had a very nice warm greeting when I entered the store. Funda was so very helpful, she showed me exactly what I wanted and even showed me things I didn’t even think of. It was such a pleasure shopping with your team.

Fantastic customer service. We didn’t make it very easy for them with a last minute change on a special order. But they were fantastic and got everything straightened out for me quickly and set me up for delivery. I will continue to shop here just for the customer service alone, not to mention the furniture quality.

Great selection with a lot to look at. The salesperson, Anna Marie was very low key and showed me some options based on what I was looking for. No hard sell and very accommodating. Felt more like a conversation than a sales pitch when I talked to her. Very positive experience. I called back the next day and placed an order.

No pressure from sales representatives. Very informative.
