We recently moved and we needed some new lamps and furniture. This has become my go to place for all of our furniture needs. The assortment, the service in store and out is exceptional. They deliver with plenty of notice as to time and date and have not disappointed in all the times they delivered. They set everything up and take out any wrapping etc. one of the best places I have ever shopped and we absolutely love every piece we have purchased!

Annemarie met us at the front door and we explained we were interested in accent chairs. She then proceeded to show us chairs all over the store in various vignettes. We found a perfect chair.

Your product selection is much nicer than I thought. I always thought of you as “grandma furniture” and you are not you had a great selection for all tastes.

Nuran Serif was very helpful - she had assisted me on my initial shopping visit, helping me to understand my options. I made sure to get her card and ask for her on my return visit to purchase. The option I had planned to buy was not available, but she directed me to something even better! She also effectively sold me on the platinum service with a discount. Very happy with the attentive service and looking forward to getting my new couch!

The sales person was fine at first however your hidden policies are ridiculous and we will NEVER shop there again and have told all our family and friends about our experience so they never shop there either.
Also, once I told the sales person I was going to write a review, she nastily retracted the delivery discount she had offered and I do mean she was Nasty about it. I told her I didn’t need your $40 discount after the way I was tricked so I happily paid it. Terrible terrible experience after buying all my furniture there for years. NEVER. NEVER. AGAIN!!

Guilliana was extremely helpful, informative and took time with me to go thru the whole show room to find my dream furniture. Very nice selection and No pressure sales , I appreciated that.

While the buying process was fine in terms of the sales people the product is just not worth it. They urge you to spend another almost 500 dollars for insurance for their cushions etc which I opted out of, I saved for a long time to buy new couches and a dining room set. Well not even a year later and the holes on the seems of the couch cushions is unacceptable. Noone is jumping on them or rough housing they are simply sitting on them and there are rips on almost every seem of the couch. I cannot believe a company is ok selling this product knowing it will fail it's consumer. Absolutely appalling!

They had several options of lift chairs on display that were available for shipment.

As usual, was appreciative of the very fast delivery date and impeccable delivery service (though I did not appreciate the 06:40 am early call to tell me the delivery was only 20 minutes out for a delivery time set as 8-9:30 am). I was later dismayed that both the lamps I ordered were damaged. As the delivery guys would not set the lamps up (reportedly policy), I did not discover this until I unpacked them later the same day (and discovered a broken lamp part outside the wrapping of the lamp itself, as if it had been tossed separately in the box as an afterthought!). It was then challenging to get someone to answer the phone at R&F when I called back in the middle of the same day. Someone did eventually take my call and told me someone would call me back to discuss replacement options. Waiting for that call today.
