The staff was very helpful especially our sales person Brad. He was helpful and at the same time did not hound my husband and I. He gave us the time to look around on our own and make a decision on our purchase.

Had what we needed and worked with us to find the specific color combo we wanted.

The store offered a great selection. Upon walking in I was greeted warmly by Bastian, who introduced himself and was able to answer my questions. I was looking to buy a new sectional and Bastian guided me to a style and fabric that would work for my home. He was very kind, patient and knowledgeable.

Funda made my experience pleasurable, she listened to my needs, and we found the perfect couch- reclining couch for me.

What made our experience special can be summarized in one word: KEN! KEN! KEN! Yes, that is what I said KEN KANDALL. He is the most honest human-being that I’ve ever met at Raymour & Flannigan. To know Ken is to know that he has a high level of integrity, & transparency, coupled with the most astute listening skills, that are so in depth, he can hear what you are thinking. My daughter and I knew we needed furniture in exactly 7 days but felt defeated because the last location of Raymour we spoke with could not get the specific items from the Michael Amini bedroom collection, but then we walked into the Dover/Rockaway NJ branch feeling sure that things would not work out and that although we moved from NY to NJ, that we needed to make the hour long trip back home to a NY branch, instead, where we had previously bought the peice from the designer. As soon as we walked in, there was Ken greeting us instantly at the door and we rushed to tell him our dilemma and he stepped right up to the plate, quickly confirming the issue and letting us know we were heard and that he would look into things. He not only resolved our issue with finding the designer, the peice, but the price. Additionally, we replaced everything that we ordered before at the other branch and bought everything full price from Ken. Why did we do this, because you hired a person named KEN, that has these abilities we mentioned in high levels. He should duplicate himself and then the world will be a better place. He did not approach us with a hard sale mentality, of give me commission, I’m hungry and so I don’t care about your needs. He listened intuitively, he used his experience to help us measure the space for the furniture, he listened to what we liked, and made suggestions that we never thought of, even suggestions for the process if anything goes awry on the delivery date or after we get home to our new apartment and it was not as we planned. He is transparent about all of the options, pricing, but he did that every time we changed course, he was right there with us in the trenches. At the end of this experience he felt like, an honorable member of the family! KEN KANDALL, was EXCELLENT in every way! Thank goodness you saw enough in him to hire him, because he is PERFECTLY SUITED for his role. So, Kudos to you too, Raymour, on a hiring job well-done!

Guilliana Rios was extremely helpful and patient as we shopped for dining room and family room furniture. We couldn't have been more pleased and would highly recommend Guilliana.

Very pleasant experience great service and fast delivery

The sales representative, Michael Hegarty, was great. He was professional, informative and patient and carefully explained the features of the sofa we purchased. He also informed us about available discounts. And the store itself was clean, new, and well-organized. Overall, a great experience.

Annamarie was just great, very knowledgeable and patient. This is the second time we bought from her and store, when we need something else we will ask for her! She is the best!

The furniture was really nice but we were in the store a good 45 minutes and nobody on the floor even looked at us -

Given it was Saturday afternoon and it was pretty busy, but after being completely ignored - we just picked out the sofa we liked, went home and ordered it from the phone app.

To compare, our experience at the East Hanover store a couple of years ago was completely different - Their staff was helpful, courteous and completely professional; not sure what happened with the Rockaway team

Our saleswoman was very friendly and not overbearing at all. She was very knowledgeable as well

Mike Hegarty helped us and he was first rate. My wife is in a wheelchair and his patience and professionalism really made shopping a great experience.

Our salesperson was excellent to work with!

Funda allowed us to walk around the store on our own without pressure.
