Clarion Platform Bed Purchase.
Saleswoman very friendly and helpful. The only thing I was surprised and disappointed about was that I was charged double delivery charge because of the board that goes with the bed. It's just a board, not another piece of large furniture! I really think that I should have to pay the one delivery charge of $84, which still isn't cheap. I thought delivery was delivery and not based on number of items. Never heard of that?

Annamarie and Ken from the Rockaway
Annamarie from the Rockaway, NJ location was great. I met with her a bunch of times and she also texted me about details. In short, she was helpful when i needed it and wasn't pushy. It was a great sales experience. Ken also helped me 1 day pick out mattresses and he was informative and i bought 2 so he must have been good

Exorbitant Delivery Cost
As a 20 year customer, we bought a leather recliner which we love. The salesman was fine, but the delivery of $170 was absolutely ridiculous. When expressing this to the salesman, he responded that he was unable to reduce the delivery costs. Our home is a five mile trip from the warehouse. ...oh yeah, plus tip!
