The sales representative was extremely knowledgeable of the product she is selling. She was professional, courteous, and respected all the adults and children putting input into what expectations we were all looking for in our seating areas in the great room. I went to Raymour and Flanigan to look for a mattress for my son. I had no knowledge of what we wanted to purchase but thank goodness we were greated by Michele Pretopapa who is the most knowledgable sales person I have ever met. She was not pushy, answered all our questions and made sure my son purchased the best mattress for his needs. We ended up purchasing two (one for my son and another for my guest room). I am very happy with our selections and may have walked out being very confused if Michele was not there to assist. Thank you for having such a wonderful and knowledgable sales associate like Michele.

My son had his mattress delivered today and they were right on time when they said they would be there. Great customer service all around.

Everyone was extremely helpful and interested in ensuring that our needs were met. We didn’t feel persuaded in to purchasing anything that we didn’t want or need. Joseph Attinello was our initial contact who assisted us in identifying the exact couch, chair & tables that would freshen up our living space. He let us take our time to see all that he had to offer and kept a distance when when we wanted to discuss things privately. However, he was always close enough to answer any questions. In addition he was able to offer a reduced delivery fee, a $25 gift card & was going to make a donation in our name to the make a wish foundation. We did not purchase the furniture the first night, but had informed Joe that we would be back. We returned on Friday to make our purchase, however Joe’s shift was over. We then we’re assisted by Michele Pretopapa and the evening manager, who both ensured us that Joe would receive credit for the sale. They were both amazingly helpful as well. We had a wonderful first time experience with the employees and atmosphere at this R&F location. We will be back when our needs dictate.

My sales associate, Aneega, was very helpful in my getting a new mattress and then getting a new sofa. She answered all the questions that my husband and I asked her.

The salesman, Philip, was excellent! We were looking to upgrade from a Queen bed to a King. He asked us questions about what we were looking for and then gave suggestions. As we tried out beds and depending on our answers, he would make recommendations. He really listened to our feedback and we ended up getting a wonderful bed (Beautyrest). We also bought a coffee table with a lift-top, storage and that was on wheels. Very pleased with our purchase and the entire purchasing experience!

Sales and delivery were very pleasant and professional.

The sales rep was great. She was so patient. We were looking at bed's for our daughter who was having a hard time picking one and the lady helping us was great.

And delivery was super fast. I think it was exactly 12 hours from the time we left the store to the time it was delivered.

We we're greeted at the door and reminded of the sale that ended that day. We were also pointed in the direction we needed to go and offered water. There was no pressure while we shopped and our check out was smooth.

The salesperson (Dave) was very knowledgeable and patient with our needs. My wife and I visited and spent a few hours in the store testing different mattresses for comfort. We also tried different pillows. The store manager was also very engaging and attentive. I would recommend this brand and this location to anyone who needs home furnishing.

My husband and I ordered a kitchen island back in January. It would only take a couple weeks to get in. When the 1st one came, we got a call that it was broken beyond repair and they would reorder. A couple weeks later, we got another call saying the 2nd island was broken beyond repair....so we said ok, we'll try once more since we really wanted this island. A couple weeks later we got a call that it would be delivered the following day. So my husband took apart our table, brought it downstairs to make room for the island. The next day, we got a call saying the 3rd island was broken beyond repair. Now that is absolutely absurd!! 3 TIMES??? We just wanted our money back by this point. The manager told my husband he would send a check directly in the mail to him. Well, today, his credit card was credited back...no check was given like promised. I guess you can say we will NEVER be shopping here again.
