The total customer experience was the best I ever had in all my years. The manager that help me was amazing he was truly wonderful, I had a problem with my original recliner and when I spoke with the manager he resolve my issue to my satisfaction without any problem. Im so very happy with my experience and I must say I have always purchased my furnature from Raymour and Flanigan for the last 20 years and now I know why. YOUR ARE TRULY THE BEST, YOU STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I also want to thank the delivery associates for their time and effort, they were very kind and pleasent.

Anthony in the Phillipsbug N.J. store helped us to find and purchase our furniture in an efficient , professional and personable way . We started talking about our pets sharing experiences etc . We talked about his cat Meatball 🐈 and shared a couple of pictures with us .Anthony , the store , display s quality of furniture truly impressed us as we are extremely happy with the purchase we made that day . Aneeka was an excellent saleswoman. Listened to what we needed and was very helpful. Later, when our sofabed was delivered to our home, Alex, the manager, came out to our home to make sure everything was just right. He went the extra mile for us. A very kind man. I would recommend this Phillipsburg, NJ location to anyone who needs quality furniture or beds.

I purchased furniture from Raymour & Flanigan and paid an additional $300 for the Platinum Protection Plan. Less than a week after purchase, a wooden component of the chair frame broke.

I followed the instructions on the company’s website and submitted three online service requests without receiving a response. I then had to contact the local store directly and spoke with staff multiple times to get assistance.

Based on those conversations, I was led to believe that the chair would be replaced and that a service technician would not be necessary. I was told I would receive a brand-new replacement chair along with a $100 Raymour & Flanigan gift card for the inconvenience. What I had originally requested was a refund of the $300 Platinum Protection Plan, as it was not providing the service or protection advertised.

I was therefore surprised when a service technician arrived instead of a replacement chair. During that visit, I was informed that the chair could not be repaired. Despite this, the promised replacement chair was not provided. I attempted to follow up again with customer service but was unable to reach anyone.

This experience was time-consuming and disappointing. Based on my experience, the Platinum Protection Plan did not deliver the level of service or protection represented at the time of purchase. I would strongly advise customers to carefully reconsider whether this plan is worth the additional cost.
