We have purchased most of our furniture from Raymour and Flanigan. We find it good quality at reasonable prices and sales help is always great. Delivery staff is always pleasant. You can shop in their stores with plenty of time to look on your own with staff available to answer any questions.

Chris was very helpful with a new mattress purchase. He left us alone to try them out and was thorough at time of purchase.

I am handicapped and required a power lift chair, and I knew the one that I wanted, it just so happened that there appears to be a flaw in the design of the foot lift portion of the chair which causes it to raise does so unevenly.

Let me just say that Raymor addressed my concern immediately, sent someone to my home to look at the broken chair, and promptly replaced it. When the same thing happened a second time with the brand new chair within a week, we were all forced to admit that there appears to be a design flaw.

They promptly told me to come back in and pick any other power lift chair that they had, and they would credit me the amount of the original chair.

They were timely, they actually cared about the problem, and they were professional. No excuses or BS. They have become my "go to" furniture store!

We went shopping for a kitchen table and found the perfect drop leaf table for our needs. Chris and his supervisor Alex were very helpful approving to sell the only remaining floor sample table to us. Sheldon who is the store manager helped place the table in our SUV so we could enjoy the kitchen today! Thank you very much for excellent customer service! We will return for our future furniture needs.

Staff was very helpful and courteous

We didn't feel pressured like other stores. The knowledge of the sales staff helping us find what we wanted not what they wanted to sell. They listened to our needs

Mr. Chippa was extremely knowledgeable. He offered me several choices that were in the price range I had told him about.

Tyler was awesome to work with I was picking my own fabric and I’m a little picky. He was a very big help and very patient with me. Would definitely go to him again when I need more furniture.

We got a great discount with the Friends and Family promotion. The sales lady was helpful and patient while we made our many decisions. She offered recommendations. We have purchased from Raymour and Flanagan many times through the years and always get beautiful, good quality furniture.

The customer dealing at the store was excellent. I met with Joe, Philip and Jessie and all of them were very patient and helpful with our questions and time taken during the whole process. While the pricing is always on a higher side, you can find some good deals too. Recommended to visit.

Great hospitality & very knowledgeable

BEWARE of DELIVERY no shoe coverings were used, I grabbed blankets to cover & protect my floor, adjustable box spring was very heavy & only 1 person lifting it (Jake) I had to ask the person to be careful not to dent up my wood floors so I just assisted in holding it up instead & at the end of it all my headboard was scratched up by the box spring & again only one person (Charlie) trying to force a very heavy box spring into place. I jumped in once again to help lower the box spring into place after hearing the scraping of my wooden headboard! The delivery worker also used his dirty sneaker to scrape the plastic covering off of my brand new mattress! My 1st time shopping at Raymour Flanagan & I was shocked by the delivery experience. It’s a shame that I was approved for a nice credit amount & would love to buy a sofa sectional but can not risk another delivery like that, sorry.

The salesperson, Andrew’s Bokhari, made this experience a great one. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. No pressure just a lot of good suggestions and ideas.

Pleasant on phone. Set up of delivery was easy and tracking delivery was great.

We were scheduled for a delivery today. I realize it snowed and Noone had control over that. With that being said, it would have been nice to know that they wouldn't be delivering today instead of keeping pushing back the time and then canceling. The delivery should have been delayed a day. It won't be delivered until Friday so that leaves us without furniture for days. I am very unhappy with this situation and with them not willing to change delivery date.
