This time around I give my total experience with Harrisburg Raymour and Flanigan 5 Stars! From the Manager, Matt, who is excellent in service and professionalism making our recent purchases extremely easy! THANK YOU Matt for fixing everything. This time around 100% customer satisfaction. Delivery people 100% 5 stars. Love our new tv console. We will definitely be returning to Harrisburg Raymour and Flanigan whenever we are in need of new furniture.

Our sales person, Rodney, was outstanding. From our phone call to verify the mattress we wanted to look at was in stock, to our meeting Rodney in the store, his professionalism, knowledge,patience, and "no pressure"approach made purchasing our new mattress a pleasure. I hope Raymour & Flanigan know what a good person they have working/representing their store.

Sandy was very prompt and professional. She spent an extended amount of time helping us find the right chair even if it wasn't the most expensive chair. As a matter of fact it was one of the lower priced power lift chairs that fit well and was the most easy to use. She genuinely seemed to care about helping us find the perfect chair for the health matter at hand. She went above and beyond in my opinion. I would highly recommend Sandy when you are shopping at this R&F location. The young Lady that helped us complete the transaction was very friendly and cheerful (I truly regret not remembering her name as I type this) You will definitely know who I am referring to when you meet her. This location has an excellent selection in a very comfortable atmosphere. The Prices were very fair in my opinion.

I had a great and very personal sales lady who was amazing. This was my first time setting foot into your store. I will be back for sure based on the amazing customer service.

It was nice to be greated immediately and asked about what we were looking for. After we were directed to the area that had reclining couches we were able to browse. Our sales consultant Rodney was wonderful about being present and answering questions as well as allowing us space and time to discuss. He was fantastic about working with the manager to get us a great deal and delivery scheduled within a week! Great experience and will definitely go back for our future purchases!

I was greeted right away by Rodney, I described something I saw online and he immediately knew what I was talking about and took me to it. He offered to show me other options also and let me wander and look around without hovering, which I appreciated, was helpful and available when I had questions and was just all-around pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating.

Called and the sales person was so friendly and helpful and the person who handled the financial part was really great. Will do business with them again.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience at your store. We were greeted by Luvrelle and Elizabeth. Elizabeth showed us around each floor and gave us a lot of information on the various mattresses in the store. I purchased a pillow and can’t wait to use it! I was helped both by Luvrelle who was my salesperson and Rodney who took my order over the phone. Both employees were very helpful and knowledgeable and especially patient while I went back and forth trying to decide on color, fabric and type of chair I needed.

The sales people are very friendly and helpful.
