We had a terrific experience purchasing our new sectional couch at Raymour & Flanigan in Harrisburg. We were helped by an great sales associate, Jeff. Jeff helped us through the buying process by explaining our options, the pros and cons of different products, layouts of the sectionals, the sizes of each section, and the prices. We highly recommend Raymour & Flanigan and Jeff to find you the furniture you need.

Friendly staff, easy price negotiations

Mohamed was excellent. It was our second time being assisted by him. He remembered us and our personal history we shared. He was not “pushy” and totally tried to steer us to the furniture we were interested in. Our price point was addressed and we are happy with the value of what we purchased. All in all a good experience.

I had a very positive experience in the store and staff were very friendly. The escalator was not working which made it harder with a bad knee. But an option was offered. My only complaint is that they offered to have a designer call me back to provide advice on other pieces I needed for my home, but he never called to arrange the appointment, which left me with two tables which I purchased without having my couch. But the staff in the store were wonderful.

Mo is an absolute pleasure. Really seemed like he was trying to get us the best deal he would get.

Mohamed gave me so many tips -- like a counter high kitchen table with 4 legs, I didn't need a box spring with the twin bed I bought and storage under the bed. etc. He listened to me then offered suggestion. He was so patient with me.

I received a misshapen mattress from the Purple company, sought to return it and bought a Purple mattress from Raymour & Flanigan - rather than waiting for the lengthy time Purple would take to deliver another one.
After thinking clearly, I realized I could use the misshapen mattress while I waited for the replacement. Jim Butler helped me with the initial purchase and answered many questions about future purchases for my bedroom and living room.
The women upstairs took care of the purchase and the cancellation with a wonderful attitude.
I will definitely consider Raymour & Flanigan for future purchases!

VERY NICE salesman, and delivery men. My only complaint would be that they do not have coverings on their shoes, when walking on carpet floors. I liked how the pillows and cover were packaged. Can’t wait to sleep on my comfy bed.

Mohamed was excellent. He took his time with us to ensure what we ordered was what we wanted. He explained things clearly to us so that we understood everything we were purchasing. If we need any furniture in the future, we will definitely come back to Raymour & Flanigan and work with Mohamed again.

As soon as you walk in the door, someone forces a sales associate on you. This is mostly fine, and mine was mostly helpful. I will say that I have never had a positive delivery experience with this company. I was assured there would be some flexibility when things could be delivered. Important, because I have a job and I can’t take off just to wait for a table to show up in a 4 hour window. Of course, there is no flexibility. The salesperson totally misrepresented how the delivery would go, and was in no real hurry to address the issue once the payment had been processed. I was told they’d ask for a morning delivery, and of course was notified it would arrive between noon and 2:30. At a different location, they delivered the wrong couch, and refused to take it back. Probably won’t go back. The products are fine, if a little overpriced, but it’s not worth the fight.
