I will say, the only disappointment in our experience was the parking lot. It is shared with Chick-fil-A and is VERY DANGEROUS! There is no designated drive way for your store. We has to fight the drive through traffic at Chick-fil-A to get to your parking area.

Our sales person (Sandy) was very helpful in selecting a mattress that was the right fit at a competitive price.

We needed a small portable hopefully comfortable bed rather quickly and came across a very reasonably priced chair bed at Raymour & Flanigan, at the Lindle Rd., Harrisburg location. James Lusher, our consultant, was extremely helpful and patient with our many questions. If he didn’t know the answers, he would seek out the answer right away. While we will certainly consider Raymour & Flanigan for our next furniture purchase, we will definitely be dealing with James Lusher again.
The only thing I would suggest is while the manager of the store had to talk to our consultant, he didn’t acknowledge us or make us feel visible.
I wish I would have gotten the name of another consultant (a young African American gentleman) because he at the very least acknowledged us and made us feel welcome, while our consultant was finishing out our transaction. I would have liked to recognize both James and the other gentleman as well.

The salesman (Mohamed Mansour) was phenomenal - very kind, professional and patient. He showed me all the options on the R&F website for the piece of furniture I was in search of (a very particular TV console with electric fireplace) and he and the store manager even arranged to have one I fell in love with brought to the Harrisburg store for me to see! Unfortunately, what was brought to the store was not even close in color to what was shown on the website. It was a huge disappointment (and a massive oversight by R&F), as the color on the website was exactly what I was looking for. After an hour's deliberation, I loved the style so much (after searching for 2 1/2 years), I purchased it. I'm still not 100% sure I did the right thing, but I know I'll find a way to make it work. The store is beautiful, has high end quality furniture and, overall, is a great addition to the Harrisburg area!

Fast service with a very pleasant employee! Mohamed answered all of our questions and is sensitive to our needs. Will definitely visit again.

Mohammed was more than helpful. He assisted our daughter (12 years old) with choosing a bedroom suite allowing her to expressly what she liked.

Sale representatives are liars. Run, don’t walk, away from this place. These representatives are there to get you, not help!!

Lie number 1- if you buy mattress above certain price, you will get $300 discount on the base purchase. So the base was $900 and we thought we will get at $600. Then, she said ohh it was on sale, we give discount on original price, which was $1100. So you will get in $800 and buy $100 protection plan for 5 years so we ended up paying $900 anyway. These representatives make it seem like they are giving you discounts but you end up paying the same amount. Mind you, this magical $300 discount came up only after we mentioned that we are interested in buying bed frame as well.

Lie number 2 - You get $300 store discount coupon. However, it was added in charges for final invoice. We asked multiple times that cost is not adding up. She said it was with taxes. Incidentally, our taxes were also $300. Until last moment, we said it comes out $5600 instead of $5300 as promised. She back tracked “ Ohh!! I forgot to take it off!!” If you don’t pay attention and don’t do math yourselves, you will end up paying more. Be careful out there!!! Avoid this place if you can.

Lie number 3- You will get 0% interest free monthly installments, if you decide to do that. We said we are interested but we don’t want to apply for credit card. Sale representative - ohh it’s a store credit, I promise you will not get a credit card. Yes, you guessed it right. We got credit card in mail via TD.

There are many more little lies here and there. As I said, don’t trust this people. We made a mistake. We were tired and kept believing in her until we got home and realized how dirty they play!!! Run!! Run far away.

Had a great experience with our salesman Luvrelle…he was a great help building Canadel table and chairs!

Quality, price, excellent showroom friendly staff

Appreciated that salesman Luvrelle McGowan did not hound me as I looked at furniture. I was in the store 1 month ago, upon leaving he asked for my phone number, which I hesitantly provided but requested no sales calls. (If he had called, I would not have returned to purchase furniture at R and F)
Thankfully Luvrelle honored my request, no phone calls. I returned to the store - 1 month later - as I walked in - Luvrelle was there and shockingly greeted me by name. I was very suprised! This was most likely the deciding moment for me - having a salesman who could immediately recall my name, after 1 month and provide good, knowledgeable service to my husband and myself. We purchased a living room set and are very happy with the quality and price. But you can purchase furniture many places - salespeople make or break the experience for me.
