I appreciate you bringing this to our attention last week. An error on the website can occasionally occur, but because you took the time to contact us, we have been able to correct the pack quantity error displayed on this product, avoiding any further miscommunication. So, thank you again for taking the time to bring this to our attention.
I know clarity was also required regarding our pricing structure. Most of our customers benefit from a bulk purchase pricing format, which assists in calculating the best value when products are priced per unit/box rather than per pack.
Some of our products are priced and sold per pack, but most are priced per box/unit within a pack; the minimum order quantity displayed is the pack size. To help, our products are advertised with the relevant pricing structure in bold writing.
I am sorry that the pricing did not meet your criteria on this occasion, and I hope that our assistance in supporting your request to resolve the matter was acceptable.

We've been using Raja for years, and it finally happened. We had a slight miscommunication regarding our order renewal, and it wasn't processed the next day. After giving Raja a call, Beckie, somehow, organised a delivery for the same day. Although it arrived a couple of hours later than planned, it was still on the same day.
