Very impressive customer service
Very impressive customer service. You can tell a lot about a company when things go wrong, and how they deal with it. I received the wrong order, the company responded by quickly sorting it out, ringing me a few times to keep me updated and check everything was ok. I shall be using them again, I'm very happy with the products too.

Original order incomplete
Original order incomplete, took over a week to rectify and rather than sending the one small missing item in a small jiffy bag by first class post, they sent a whole new item which was a palette delivery, delivered in the rain and ruined . Sorry wont be using RajPack again

Excellent as always.
I have used Raja Pack (Craig Marriott) a number of times over the past two years. The turn around and accuracy of the artwork is always on point, Craig's communication and dealing with any changes required is swift and highly professional. 100% the go to company for personalised tape.

Ordered some cartons, they arrived and some were damaged (assuming in transit) I can contacted Raja on the same day and to this day I’ve received no reply.

Delivery issues
Product is good but to deliver, they are bound in a plastic packing strips which means that they cut into the cardboard so 3 of the boxes on each side of the packs that we got them in had to be thrown away due to damage. Think there must be a better solution for securing them for delivery.
