Cyrus is always a great help. He is very attentive to my clients and their needs as well as very knowledgeable on the destinations. He always offers up great information and is very responsive

My experience with Cyrus Youngkin was amazing. He listened to my requests and made suggestions that change the trip for the better. Cyrus demonstrated great knowledge and was very efficient in the booking process. He had great patience with dealing with a complex situation. A great agent all-around.

It has been a pleasure working with Kelli on a multi-city pre-cruise itinerary through Europe, including Vienna, Salzburg, Zurich, and onward to our cruise embarkation in Basel. From start to finish, she handled all logistics with exceptional organization, responsiveness, and a consistently positive attitude.
Coordinating hotels, trains, transfers, and touring across multiple cities can be complex, but Kelli made the entire process feel smooth and well supported. She was always prompt, thorough, and thoughtful in her communication, which made a big difference when managing so many moving parts.
I truly appreciated her professionalism, attention to detail, and calm, can-do approach. It was a pleasure working with her, and I look forward to collaborating again in the future. Highly recommend.

Having plotted and planned my next holiday with Railbookers ( you would think i learned my lesson 3 years ago.!!) but hey, off i went.
Rang up, got a quote all ok. Discussed with my partner, and next day Railbookers rang me and i was ready.
Just as everything was about to be finalised " oh i can get you the hotel but without breakfast"
Here we go i thought, to good to be true again"
" Give me an hour and i,ll call you back"
One hour later. "it,s still a good hotel and i think it,s FUN to GO LOOK for Breakfast"
no, not interested thank you.
second hotel offered with breakfast, 20 minutes further from the first and costing more. Again no thankyou.
However the advisor insisted in sending the itinerary through anyway. so i take a look and yep.........you guessed it...Firstly it,s the right hotel WITH breakfast which she said wasn,t available and secondly the second hotel i had chosen she had completely changed.!
i gave up and decided to directly contact a previous Railbookers advisor who told me to contact him when i wanted to book my next holiday.
we arranged a suitable time, he called me and i explained the situation. he said, after checking, that he couldn,t do anything and promptly sent me the same itinerary that i was sent previously which was wrong.!!
Then, as it gets more interesting, the hotel i wanted to book had " vanished" from the hotel choices and been replaced by another.!! however if you "clicked" on that hotel my original one was showing. seriously you couldn,t make it up.
again, " oh i know nothing about that" was the response.
Obviously i knew, as before , i was getting nowhere and i felt insecure now even if they did find me a holiday. how can i trust them.
I was put through to Customer relations, discussed the whole situation again, and guess what......on his screen, apparently my ORIGINAL HOTEL WAS SHOWING UP WITH BREAKFAST.!
NOW I KNOW I CAN,T TRUST THEM AND WOULD EVEN BE WARY NOW OF BOOKING. three different members of staff , three different answers.
I have washed my hands of this company and do not wish to hear there name again. they can ring me and offer me a free weeks holiday and i still would not accept it because of feeling insecure about there tactics.

oh, and one thing i forgot to mention previously.
having rail tickets included in my last holiday i mentioned a rail card i had, the advisor said " oh that,s good i can take £100 off the total.
I rang to change my rail tickets due to engineering works , i was told they had already been purchased and i couldn,t.
Odd as you can,t book tickets more than 12 weeks before travel, ( this was 14) but hey let,s believe the advisor.
on the day i got an e mail to say your tickets are ready to collect ( 8 days before travel) i went to my local station to pick them up.
i did not use the machine i went into the ticket office to get a receipt with them in case of an issue.
Tickets collected..........
Talk about lying to your customers my receipt clearly shows the tickets were purchased at Milton Keynes station just 7 days before i collected them at £10 each.!!
So lied to about the cost, lied to about them being bought in advance and lied to about having £100 knocked of your bill.
Goodbye Railbookers . I hope you all enjoy your jobs. How you sleep at night i do not know.

Had a pointless reply as expected.
Just booked the exact same holiday myself. Same trains, same city, cost....£1030 LESS than i would have paid Railbookers and thats including 5x2 breakfasts and "there £250" money off offer.
Seriously, think about it. YOU can do it yourself a lot cheaper.

Cyrus was very responsive and patient. We had a conference call with the client to answer questions and the client was very happy. Thank you for making my job easier.

She worked hard to make adjustments and took the time to speak to my client, helping answer questions that I didn't have knowledge of. She was honest, explaining where he could cut costs and where he shouldn't, which helped get the price right where he wanted it. She definitely knows the product, forwards, backwards and upside down and went the extra mile providing excellent customer service.

I have had multiple bookings with Railbookers and my clients have always been pleased with their accommodations. They are very prompt with the itineraries, so knowledgeable about the destinations, and I find their calls very helpful with booking. Cyrus and Chris were wonderful to work with this time!

Mirza at Railbookers absolutely nailed my brief I gave to him . I did a two week train trip through France , Switzerland and , Italy and Sicily . It was an amazing adventure that ran smoothly with precise connections and transfers . I had a few slight issues but only to be expected on such a complex trip . He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and I get the feeling he organised the trip as it it was for him and covered just about everything. He’s a real travel enthusiast and it showed . 10 out of 10 and a big thanks to Mirza

Raymond was great to work with and he was very patient with my client as we were planning her 50th anniversary trip. Raymond was very knowledgeable on accessible travel and ensured that my client's vacation was friendly for her limited mobility. Raymond addressed all of my client's concerns and put her at ease. I am looking forward to working with Raymond again on future client vacations and for myself.

My itinerary for a Railbookers arranged tour of Switzerland required a small change and answers to some questions. My original agent, Raymond Howells and Sarah Hays , Customer Support Specialist both provided great advice and efficient service

Great Service and response ! Cyrus has be so helpful. I am a travel agent he is quick to reply and does a great job listing to what I and my clients want. I am very happy with Railbookers and Cyrus, this is my 2 or 3 bookings with Railbookers but Cyrus will be my go to person!

I am pleased to write a very positive review of the group booking experience I enjoyed with one of your US office Account Executives, Keri B. Keri was very informative, professional and patient with our group of first time Railbookers as we worked through the process of booking our Rocky Mountaineer trip. Her response to our questions was timely and helpful. She also quickly responded on weekends and after office hours. I was even given her personal cell number in order to be to be more available. I found Keri to be a very pleasant and capable person who is a valuable asset to the Railbookers organization.

The best part of the experience was my agent, Dom, who curated exactly the trip that we wanted for our family trip next summer. He listened to our trip needs and didn't mind adjusting as we reviewed and wanted to make small changes. We told him everything we were hoping to do and he made it happen. He stayed in budget and even was able to move things around to add an additional person. 5 stars for sure!
