Trains ran on-time; Hotels were well-selected and comfortable; prepaid excursions were fabulous. William was a big help getting through to the bus company to save our excursion. Holiday Inn Centreville-MTL is in the middle of Chinatown limiting dinner choices. Chateau Laurier-Que is nearly one mile from tourist district. In 28 degree weather, $30 cab/Uber rides get expensive. Paid a lot of out-of-pocket money to get from there to there. Railbookers needs to pick up some of it.

My guest wanted to do an extremely last…
My guest wanted to do an extremely last minute trip over Christmas and New Years. I guided him to contact Railbookers for him to begin looking at itineraries. He got together with Raymond Howells and within a few days had a 12 day itinerary planned and booked. Raymond was beyond knowledgeable about the entire trip and was amazing! I will definitely go back to Railbookers for future guests!

They SUCK
They SUCK
charged me 6k for ? 3.5k in services. Charged me 375 dollars for a 23 hr car rental that I had to book
"because they could not get it done." Had to have them confirm because I had to use up a 1,600 dollar credit. Budget gave me a copy of what they quoted 175 and what Railbookers were charged. 175 dollars.

Deeply disappointing, ruined our once-in-a-lifetime trip
Deeply disappointing – not luxury, not stress-free, and shockingly poor service.
We booked what was meant to be a luxury, stress-free rail holiday with Railbookers UK, and it turned into one of the most frustrating and disappointing travel experiences we’ve ever had. For the price we paid, we expected a well-organised, smooth trip with clear communication and premium service. Instead, we were left with confusion, stress, and a series of avoidable mistakes that completely ruined parts of our holiday.
Throughout the trip, we received very little information. We were frequently unsure about schedules, transfers, and what was happening next. To make matters worse, Railbookers booked us onto tours that were conducted entirely in the wrong language — something they never informed us of in advance. The local vendors and tour operators they outsource to seemed completely incompetent and of very poor quality, offering a service far below what was advertised or expected for a “luxury” experience.
Several day trips were also cancelled halfway through, without any explanation or effort from Railbookers to rebook us or offer alternatives. As a result, we missed out on once-in-a-lifetime experiences that had been the main reason we booked the trip in the first place.
When we reached out to customer service for help, they were rude, dismissive, and even insulting. There was no sense of responsibility or care — just defensiveness and attitude. For a company that markets itself as offering luxury rail holidays, their professionalism was shockingly poor.
We have since lodged a formal complaint with ABTA due to the number of issues and the appalling way we were treated. Railbookers UK should be ashamed of the way they conduct business. For anyone considering booking with them — don’t. Save yourself the stress, disappointment, and wasted money. There is nothing luxury about Railbookers UK; their service is disorganised, overpriced, and utterly unreliable. Absolutely steer clear.

Switzerland family travel
Kelli helped me create an itinerary for my clients that included everything they requested and more. This family of 4 had special requests from their active boys and Kelli helped to include those activities as well as give them "down-time" to explore things on their own. Even when the family had to change dates due to a last-minute conflicting schedule, Kelli helped to pivot and still include all that they wanted. She was professional, quick to answer emails and requests, and diligent in getting things confirmed. We will continue to work with her for our rail package vacations.

Amateurs ! I asked them to price up a short break to Strasbourg. The itinerary came quickly but was full of timing mistakes. Eg. Arrive in Paris about 9am and then have to wait till the evening for the train to Strasbourg. On the way back the train was to leave in the evening but somehow we had to catch a morning train back to London. I pointed out these mistakes twice and was ignored. Today received an voicemail saying as they were unable to contact me they were closing my enquiry on Monday.
