I booked a Railbookers for a customer of mine, I booked over the phone with Mirza and later Hilary who made an amendment to the booking. They were very helpful and patient. The original quotes were with Michael who was extremely helpful and didn't hesitate if I needed a new quote.

No headaches if you use Railbookers
I’ve used Railbookers for two European vacations and both have been outstanding experiences. The first time I called Railbookers they asked me how long I wanted to stay in Lisbon. When they explained each vacation was tailored to my wants, I was immediately SOLD!
They then customized my vacation to my desired locations, my travel style, hotel preferences and the sites I wanted to see. They will recommend popular sights and experiences (think Flameco show) and the best hotels. They booked group tours, private tours, hotels, train trips, and other transportation needs.
I’ve never needed to call them mid-trip to trouble shoot because there’s never been any problems.
I highly recommend Railbookers because they remove all the headaches associated with travel planning!

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with Railbookers Group. The total cost of our tickets exceeded $7,000, which is an astronomical price for Roomettes and Bedrooms. Despite this significant investment, the quality of service we received was unacceptable. After my recent retirement of 47 years of Nursing, I am seeking peace, relaxation, and respect from Amtrak public services.
Railbookers Group Bait-and-Switch:
My experience with Railbookers Group was equally disappointing. After receiving a quote and itinerary that specifically recommended placing a deposit to hold my room, I was subjected to a bait-and-switch tactic. When I decided to pay the deposit, I was told I had to pay in full instead. I requested to speak with the decision-maker and was connected with Nate Sullivan, Account Executive on February 20, 2026. Nate Sullivan attempted to strongarm me into paying the full price, claiming the quote and itinerary were a mistake. He refused to honor the original quote and suggested I pay even more for a layover requiring a hotel stay to avoid paying in full. His tone was condescending, sharp, and rude.
Despite my request, Nate Sullivan failed to provide any documentation supporting the claim that full payment was required. If this matter were brought before a judge, it is clear that the lack of documentation and the bait-and-switch tactics would be viewed unfavorably.
I decided to take my business elsewhere. I learned this an ongoing problem with Railboojers inconsistent rules that are not written policies.

We sincerely apologize for the confusion surrounding the quote that referenced a deposit amount when it should have clearly stated that full rail payment was required at the time of booking. We understand how this discrepancy would be frustrating and may have caused concern.
Regarding pricing, Railbookers works with live inventory systems through our rail and accommodation partners. This means availability and pricing can change in real time based on demand and remaining space at the moment a booking is secured. In this instance, the rail services were requested within a short time frame of the departure date, which can result in higher fares due to limited discounted inventory. We are able to secure many rail services up to two years in advance, and booking earlier often provides access to lower promotional fares and better availability. As outlined in our terms and conditions, all pricing is subject to change until payment is processed and the reservation is confirmed.
We are also very sorry to hear that your interaction did not feel respectful or supportive. That is never the experience we want for our clients. We strive to communicate policies clearly and professionally, and we regret if this did not come across that way during your conversation.

Complicated tours w/ 2 different couples wishes...
Working w/ Don Rogers on a complicated tour w/ friends starting in London to Amsterdam..after a few days, clients wanted to divert and Don was soooo accomodating and was able to make both couples happy w/ 1 couple going to London, Ireland, Belgium to Amsterdam and the other couple London, Paris, Belgium to Amsterdam but making sure the 2 couples were able to see each other a few days! It was alot of work and back and forth but w/ no complaints from Don he made it happen!! Both couples are thrilled and as the travel agent, he made me look like a rockstar!! I will always use Don and the services of Railbookers when I need a European itinerary!!
