Set up new motor home insurance through a comparison site. Milestone were first to respond within minutes and with a competitive premium. Bethany helped check provision against our requirements and patiently waited for additional information needed. Experience was pleasant efficient and friendly. Paperwork sent through promptly and all it needs now is our response.

I found these on the net and contacted Bethany Stewart who was so helpful very polite and easy to understand on the phone which is rare these days. The quote was great. I cannot fault them plus i was never charged for putting my own reg on. I would and will recommend them to anyone needing motorhome insurance.

Bethany was so helpful, took time to get us a few quotes to choose from, sent information really quickly, followed with phone call and then waited for us to contact her instead of harassing us. Got a really good price with great cover.

Do not use this insurance company. We renewed our insurance with this company as quote comparable with others but as we had already had a year stayed with them for the 2nd. Unfortunately due to personal circumstances we have had to sell our motorhome. Our yearly fee was £323 and all they are refunding us after only having the insurance for two months is £165 and have been told that I have to wait 30 days for the refund. Absolutely criminal, avoid this company, not customer friendly.

I spoke to someone on the phone and their quote was competitive, and so I asked her to put it in an email to me. She refused, and said she would text it instead. I just recieved a couple of lines. That immediately set alarm bells ringing. If I'm going to spend nearly a thousand pounds with a company I expect the courtesy of a proper written quotation. Not impressed.

Truly awful company, as a previous review says only interested in one thing taking in your hard earned money and giving nothing in return.
Very stroppy staff won’t let You get a word in, the saying customer is always right certainly does not apply too these awful people.
Word of warning stay well clear unless you have money too throw away.

Good cheap quote for my motorhome renewal. Bit strange that the details of the quote aren't emailed to you but Sam went through these again with me on the phone.

I have had several recent experiences with Milestone, ALL DREADFUL. They prioritise money and payment way above customer care. Their communications via e mail and telephone are unclear and their terms and conditions regarding payments of any type are really vague, until you try to end your contract with them and are landed with a HUGE bill, previously hidden from your knowledge. They claim to have sent a new business letter, but never do so, so that you cannot cancel at the correct time and get your money back. To recap, they are greedy, money grabbing, non - customer orientated. To anyone trying to get an insurance from this broker, BEWARE, DO NOT, they are sharks and will eat you and your finances quicker than you can blink. What a shame they are continuing to work in it's way when so many people are experiencing hardship. DO NOT USE THEM. I certainly never will and I will ensure taxi drivers, friends and family all avoid too.

I dealt with the Leeds office. They were very helpful. Last year we had our motorhome insurance through them and when it ran out in the middle of COVID 19 there was no pressure for us to have the insurance.
When we were allowed to use the motorhome they were very friendly and helpful again. the consultant I dealt with was Bethany.

was given the cheapest quote but was messed about straight after giving the deposit.

they set up a monthly plan few days later after taking deposit they go you need to pay in full as insurance company cant offer you monthly plan. i was stuck as deposit already in their hands.

paid full

was also promised an extra years no claims discount as they took into consideration my 9 years private car no claims discount but after completing a year only given me 1 years no claims discount.

best thing please avoid this company.
