Now my second year with Milestone
Now my second year with Milestone. I found their consultant to be very friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. All this instils confidence and I certainly hope to be doing business with them in a year's time. A real plus point us that their rates are super competitive.

Very helpful and explanatory. Quote was reasonable and not a great increase from last year despite motorhome being stolen/recovered by Tracker with some lock damage

Spoke with the team and they were so good and clear and helpful. They listened well. Within the week after I had arranged everything for 2021-2022 the van broke down 20 miles from home! Panic. Bank Holiday Monday. I had a Milestone number on my phone that I had been recommended in 2020 to put there. Phew. But in an emergency it was a useless Claims line that got me nowhere. We managed to get a number for the RAC who recognised my name and the van. They were superb and thank you to Milestone for organising my insurance to include them.
What I would like from Milestone is a clear piece of paper with just that. Emergency Numbers and nothing else. The information is hiding away in the plethora of paper I was sent, most of which is not necessary for a panicking motorist with an engine that won't start

Bethany was so helpful, friendly, quick and efficient at dealing with my insurance request. I would imagine an absolute asset to her Company and credit to herself. Bethany deserves to go far, and I trust and hope that her employers recognize what she brings to the table.

My Campervan Insurance Deal.
I spoke to a lady called Lisa, she was very attentive and knew all that was needed to renew my Campervan insurance at a better price than last year. Great deal and would recommend Milestone to anybody with a Moterhome looking for insurance at a reasonable price.
