I found this company very difficult to deal with after getting insured by rokstone insurance t/a isure from this broker radius & once they got you signed up, they had no interest other than calling for renewal. I moved on to another insurance company for my business last march 25 & apparently they have emailed me now in Feb 2026 looking for a year end adjustment which I was unaware of & now I have to pay this, I’m just so happy I didn’t stay with them.

The below is the request from them in an email & id advise to query this before proceeding with insurance.

“For your 2025 renewal, you provided your declared & projected figures, which resulted in a year end adjustment of €1,590.42,however as you did not renew the policy, this amount is owed in full to the insurers”

This company is an utter joke. Once you have signed up and they have taken their fee they are not interested at all. Firstly I emailed 3 times about adding breakdown cover and they was ignored. And now for the last 2 weeks I've been trying to get in contact with them, If you are already a "customer" the phone lines always say sorry they can't help you, but if you click on new customers someone answers and says we will get them to phone or email you. 3 calls, 3 emails to radius and nothing at all. I'm going to take this directly to the finance company and make an official complaint.

very unreliable cheap service very hidden charges they charge you more even when you cancel before policy start they charge you £90 so be careful

Very happy with the service. Kieran went above and beyond to get the best competitive price for trades business insurance. Came back with a quote considerably lower than many others I had received. Explained clearly and efficiently and pointed out anything that really required my attention.

Spent a while on line trying to figure out the best companys ect and trying to tailor a policy to my business was beginning to become not just difficult but also full of supprises. I did at one point almost give up until I had a call back chatted to a guy called keiran obrian and he got it all totally sorted out. honestly I'm useless at this sort thing but he knew his stuff and a nice chap explained everything.
So I totally recommend this company now and beleave me I spoke to loads this week not only were they the cheapest quote but they listen and explain evrything too more than I can say about the others I contacted
