Bethany could not have been more helpful. She searched around for the cheapest insurance and one that suited our needs. She explained everything in detail and was cheery and very friendly. I highly recommend Milestone.

I took out insurance quickly, a good employee was, like the paperwork was done quickly, I traveled for 4 months without any problems, but in the fourth month they took and canceled my insurance because I could not confirm my driving experience as I had at that time Latvian driving license, so the question when they issued me, they did not ask anything, then they were not interested in what experience I had and took the money for the whole year, and now they are not in a hurry to return the rest of the money, bad company, I am very disappointed.

Thank you for your review and naturally we are always disappointed to receive such comments, however we are surprised by your comments and feel these are very unfair on Milestone. You policy was arranged precisely according to the information you confirmed and specifically regarding the date you obtained your driving licence. Regrettably when this was validated the dates were inaccurate and indeed despite our best efforts we were unable to correct this matter with you. It was then the insurers decision to cancel the cover due to the discrepancy and we are actively awaiting the return premium from the insurer. Please do not hesitate to contact our office on 0113 2582219 if you do have any more queries in the meantime.

A positive experience
Having a client make a claim against you is horrible, but Julie and Jo have made it a breeze. They are calm, great listeners and so helpful, plus they know it all to guide you through. They have made a horrible day so much easier to get through.
