I ordered a radiator at lunchtime on Wednesday and it arrived on Thursday morning. I was sent a text informing me it would be delivered between 11.10 and 12.10 which is was by a friendly driver. Very impressed.

Ordered lightbulbs which were delivered very quickly. Good service.

Easy to place the order, delivered on time and well packaged.

Ordered 14:15 Monday arrived 11:30 Tuesday, can't get much quicker than that!

I did my order for an LED display light through the internet, the QVS site was easy to use for finding and purchasing what I wanted and I received my order through the post within a couple of days.

Quality product, good price, arrived next business day. Well packed so not a whiff of damage. This second order follows a similar experience earlier so happy to recommend.

Ordered during the afternoon, the item arrived first thing the next morning. Very impressed.

Very quick delivery, although the item was weel packaged we found it was slightley damaged (bent panel) however we did not have time to retern it.

I ordered an RP65 twin 5' fluorescent and three Emergency lights - all to replace existing items that had failed.
They arrived the next morning, and the first one is now fitted and working.

prices of cable are competitive but pls keep update because copper price has drop

Ordered 6 smoke detectors online to be collected from Basildon store. 12 days later no smoke detectors and Basildon branch know nothing about the order but would get back to me. 3 hours later no call, nothing.
I rang the head office and complained. A really nice lady said the Basildon did in fact have 3 smoke detectors but I would have to buy six more expensive detectors in order to get them the next day. It only cost a small amount more but the disgruntled customer satisfaction was more important.
Thank you to the nice lady from head office that sorted it out and arranged delivery the next day. I don't know what to say to Basildon branch at least not that can be printed on this site.

I bought two wall heaters from this company after seeing the exact same product 3 times more expensive on Amazon!

The heaters themselves are exactly as described and in my opinion fantastic value for money.
