We leverage this reusability and modularity with packages and plans to suit your needs. Plans include free hire of hardware and lighting, free storage and lifetime free design.

And we project manage… so you don’t have to… We talk to the Organiser, handle health and safety, method statements, electric plans and all the other time-consuming administration.Along the way, you have a dedicated Project Manager to keep you informed and involved, meanwhile you’re free to carry on with your own job without the distraction of all the event paperwork.
Once we have manufactured your exhibition stand, we pre-build it – in its entirety, to perfection here in our premises weeks before the real build. We do this to guarantee quality and to give you a chance to see your stand before the show.

Helpful, friendly, professional service with a very well built stand. Design team were very helpful in ensuring that the overall design matched our vision and expectations. Exceptional project management and highly innovative designs
Quadrant stood out from their competitors from the start. Highly innovative designs and a willingness to work to our very tight deadlines meant there was only one choice for us and we didn't regret our decision. We couldn't fault the team, from our daily conversations to our visit to their offices in Dorset, they really did surpass all expectations and delivered a project we were proud to show to the public and the world's media. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use in the future.

Great from start to finish
From the initial contact, all the way through to collection of the stand and dismantling after our show finished, Quadrant2Design were exceptional.
Couldn't fault their project management, build team or sales guys.
