I found Quadrant 2 Design to be very …
I found Quadrant 2 Design to be very efficient and pro-active. Louise in particular was great as she really listened to our requirements and acted accordingly. The project manager Emma was very organised, which made me feel in safe hands.
In regards to the installers and people on site, they were awesome, really would give them 10 out of 10; couldn’t have been better. Even though head office had marked two stands as 12am sign off so they were under pressure, and were slightly late, they were great.

Excellent work by the Quadrant2Design Team
The stand looked incredible, really pleased with the result.
The Quadrant2Design team were really pleasant to work with and carried out the build quickly and efficiently. They ensured I had options available for our electrical hair equipment, in case our stylist changed their mind on the day of where they wanted items. They seem to genuinely care and made sure I was happy on the completion. I would 100% recommend them and use them again. They made it a stress-free experience.

Great service
Great service, Q2D acted very quickly under a stringent time-frame to produce our stand and install-de-install it. We'd highly recommend their services and intend to use them again in the near future.

The end result was very good but I felt …
The end result was very good but I felt it took a little more effort on our part than the last time we used Quadrant.
There was a mistake on the stand construction but the installers resolved it quickly and without fuss.
I will use again

Hello all,
the experience was good in general but we remained unsatisfied about the lights, which were too low in intensity, as the previous year.
Also, the fact that you chose the panel to remove without asking us our opinion, it was a negative note for us.
As a whole, excluding those frictions, it was a good experience.

Thank you for your review and your comments to which we would like to reply.
The lights you mention are LED Lights which are used on all our stands and always well received by clients, this was also mentioned to you at the time by our Design Consultant.
When you refer to a panel being removed, this was authorised and signed off by one of your members of staff; the reason for this being that you had a smaller stand space than at your previous event, and the stand had to be re-configured to allow for this.
The fact the stand could be changed to accommodate this new stand space is one of the great advantages of our unique Prestige Event System.
I hope this answers your comments.

Our stand build went seamlessly and the contractors were very responsive to our needs. The stand looked great! However, I would like a little more support during the pre-planning process. But, overall, a very good service.
