After our agreement was set, Lauryn, our project manager, efficiently managed coordination with the event organizers, providing all necessary details, which significantly reduced our workload. She was quick to assist and resourceful, directing me to the correct production team member for advice on technical matters, like artwork file formats. Although a comprehensive stand assembly training session wasn't possible, Q2D supplied an hour-long instructional video using our actual stand. This video detailed the assembly process thoroughly, proving as effective as an in-person session. The quality of the components left a strong impression on my team and attracted numerous compliments from event attendees. Overall, the experience surpassed my expectations, and we're excited to work with them again for our next exhibition.

The design was not only visually stunning but also incredibly effective in drawing attention. In fact, many visitors, even some with no direct interest in our products, stopped just to take photos and videos of the stand. We've had numerous compliments from attendees and fellow exhibitors alike, many of whom said it was the best design at the show. Harry was extremely helpful on the day, and the whole process was painless. Lauryn kept me on track in the run-up, and the graphics team did a great job bringing the new panels to life. The modular system is extremely well designed and delivered a great quality of stand; the value for money was top notch compared to other quotes and work I've seen in the past; and from the first time we contacted them, everyone has been friendly and helpful throughout.

Once we'd signed off, our project manager Lauryn gave us everything we needed to supply to the event organisers, making a labour-intensive task much smoother than it could have been. She was quick to respond to any questions and when I needed advice on technical details about filetypes and formatting for the stand artwork, found the right person in the production team to help.

We weren't able to arrange a full training day to learn how to assemble the stand, but Q2D filmed an hour-long explainer video which went through the process really clearly and methodically with our actual stand, which was just as good.

The final quality of parts was superb, the rest of my team were very impressed and we had a number of positive comments from attendees at the event.

All in all, I couldn't have hoped for a better experience and we will certainly be using their services again next time we exhibit.
