We used PG after seeing a neighbours new kitchen and recieving thier positive feedback.
First contact was fantastic, so helpful and accommodating all of our questions.
Great advise given by Richard who visited us at home with several of our chosen samples and provided different quotes based on the materials and options.
Communication has been outstanding throughout the entire process, as has everyone we have dealt with from ordering, templating, fitting and the office staff.
We would not hesitate in recommending PG to others.

They were all so friendly and helpful and we’re really pleased with our quartz worktops.
The final drawings came in a bit late and so didn’t have much time to approve them, but they were turning things around quickly for us, which we appreciated, and it all ended up perfectly.

Very slick, professional experience from start to finish. We used Purple for our kitchen counter tops and all staff from the office based to on site fitters gave a great impression. They kept us up to date throughout the process via their online portal. All in all, a fantastic company to deal with and would highly recommend them for anyone considering kitchen counter tops.

Brilliant from start to finish! So much communication, free samples and they added on an extra bathroom vanity unit top at a weeks notice once I realised we needed something for a really good price. Also we initially couldn't afford an upstand for the kitchen as it meant we would need another slab (due to the size), I was sad about this but realised the limitations of our budget! However, on the fitting day, the lovely men who were fitting offered to give me an upstand for free as they just so happened to have a spare in the van that wasn't being used. Customer service like this is what really sets them apart - we're over the moon with our new worktops!!!

Where do I start with this fantastic company. I was visited by Laura initially and I had a sense that this company was very professional after she ran through the process from start to finish of how the fitting would take place. She kept in touch through the whole of the procedure and helped when I was uncertain about choosing sink and taps. All of her workmen were very polite and professional. Aran the fitter was particularly helpful and made sure I was happy with everything from start to finish. I am absolutely delighted with my new work tops and I would recommend them very highly.

The service we received from Purple Granite is exceptional. We are so pleased with our quartz top for our kitchen. The fitters, both named Aaron, have done an amazing job.

My Quartz worktop was highly polished when fitted. When this shiny surface wore off I saw a deep scratch over 5cm long, and emailed for this to be resolved. I was accused of being responsible for this scratch. Which was shocking.
After several emails requesting a refund or replacement the scratch was filled. During that appointment I asked for a replacement, as I had not bought a faulty product.

I received AI generated emails from Laura, I repeatedly asked for this issue to be raised as a complaint and for a refund or replacement. I contacted my credit card company for support and Purple Granite disputed this.

I would advise that no one pays in advance or signs off the paperwork until the polish has worn off and you see the worktop it’s actual state. Prepare to be very disappointed.

I have just had our worktops completed by two of your team and can I just say from start to finish from when I first emailed for a quote, and dealt with one of your employees, Laura Davies she was an absolute asset to your company answered every single question I had and showed me in the right direction. And from then every single step has been so straightforward I’ve been kept in contact with the right people all the way through. It’s all been so fast and efficient. I am so pleased with our worktops. Thank you so much for providing such a great service. I would definitely recommend your company to anybody that is looking for affordable quartz and amazing customer service, I promise it wasn’t just the takeaway voucher that swayed me 🤣😉

The service has been amazing from start to finish.
The quality of the quartz and the finish is superb and excellent value for money.
From picking our quartz top with Patrick to the excellent customer service from Rosie, Sapphire and Eve and templating by Chris. The journey has been so smooth and so efficient and everyone was so polite and knowledgeable and helpful.
The fitters today were brilliant.

We have been absolutely blown away by purple granite. From the very beginning the customer service was amazing. Laura was so helpful in recommending the right worktop for us and made the whole decision process very easy.

We even had the opportunity to visit on site to see the worktop before it was cut which was a really positive experience.

Then there’s the price, after being quoted a ridiculous amount from a kitchen outlet. We were shocked at the difference, surely that meant the quality wouldn’t hold up though?
Having now had the worktops fitted I can confirm the quality is top notch, we are so happy with the end result and glad we decided to go with purple granite for this.

The measuring and fitting was so straightforward and the team were really friendly and professional, the finish is truly seamless.

We will highly recommend purple granite.

Terry and Oscar did an excellent job as fitters. They were polite and skilled to achieve a lovely looking new kitchen for me.

The reason I haven't given 5* is because there are really silly errors which happens with this company.

Firstly, they send far TOO MANY emails asking to confirm details in the processing stage, which I'd previously confirmed twice.

Secondly, they're lacking the basic and most simple of details such as changing the fitter twice. Hence I gave the electrician the wrong name to contact about a hob issue. Then there was not loading the correct sized upstands for the job. So the fitter had to leave the job the go and get them rectified. WHY would the product not be check-listed with the order as it's being loaded on the fitters van??? This could've created a logistical scheduling problem for me if i didn't live just a 30 minute round trip away from the depot. I have been assured by Eve that these basic errors will be looked into.

It's a shame such frustrating and unnecessary errors like this occur because the company has such fantastic qualities, such as the price, quality of the product and friendliness of the staff.

Irrespective of the above, I would wholeheartedly recommend Purple Granite as i think that they are well above the competition in this field.

Purple granite have been fabulous from start to finish. Laura spent lots of time with us finding the right quartz. There was a slight design change needed at templating, but Laura found a way to get around it.
The quartz is beautiful, we chose denali and would really recommend for anyone wanting a really subtle vein.
Our fitter Huw was brilliant! The join has been done to perfection. We are really impressed and would highly recommend!
