Superb company to deal with. Great range of products at competitive prices.Excellent and highly professional service throughout every aspect of our order - sales, templating, fitting and customer service. Every detail was fully explained and the communication from start to finish has been first class. Don't hesitate to get a quote from them before you order with one of the kitchen suppliers, you won't be disappointed.

I recently had a beautiful quartz worktop installed by PG. Although a miscommunication with the fitters led to some initial issues, PG’s aftercare took care of it. They responded to my concerns immediately, were apologetic and understanding, and arranged a partial replacement as soon as the stone became available. They kept me updated and the worktop was corrected to match the original plans, with no extra fees due to me.

Mistakes can happen, and what matters most to me is how a company resolves them. I’m glad to be able to say that PG lived up to their promised high standards of aftercare and customer service.

I did loads of research trying to find the perfect worktop. We found the worktop we wanted from purple granite after seeing a few home accounts on Instagram.

Purple granite have been perfect from start to finish. I love how much they kept you up to date and on track throughout the journey. We managed to get our worktops fitted on time for Christmas and we absolutely love them! Very happy with the service.

Everything from start to finish was seamless, honestly can’t recommend them enough. Laura the original sales advisor was brilliant, she didn’t pressure me one bit and even encouraged me to visit competitors like Gemini to see the difference in quality. Chess and the customer service team were also incredible with the information and support provided. Then came Huw to complete the install, he was no mess no fuss, got the job done, provided all the relevant after care info and was just a pleasure to deal with. We’ve not had the opportunity to utitlise the kitchen yet to test the actual quartz durability, but it looks incredible and so far we couldn’t be happier

From booking the initial consultation and choosing a design, to the templating and fitting of the worktops Purple Granite was a pleasure to deal with.
There were no pushy sales people!! We were shown round the warehouse as we couldn’t decide on a definite design and saw all the slabs of quartz where we saw one which we fell in love with straight away.
We were treated like royalty! Endless cups of coffee and biscuits were offered while we in the showroom and sorting out all of the paperwork.
The communications we had following the purchase was great! Lots of emails informing us informing us of delivery dates, times, and what state the kitchen had to be in in readiness for templating and fitting.
The ‘templator’ and fitters were great too! Very friendly and courteous!

I am having to update my review, because I received a call from the companies owner today, Jon.

I have never been spoken to in such a disgusting manor. On acknowledging I was pregnant he then continuously spoke over me and had no patience to listen to why I had the reviewed the company so poorly.

After a lot of miscommunication I was promised things that the company could not deliver (having been passed round the houses to several different employees (and AI) they clearly were trying their best to accommodate our templating but had told me I needed to pay extra for the changes and the service was not as promised)

I am still in utter shock at the appalling tone that was used and he then tried to get me back onside so I would remove my review. I said I would do so when the templates are fitted and the service is good and he then said if I didnt remove my review straight away he would cancel our fitting on Thursday.

I could not think of anything worse than giving this company a penny of money. They are now refunding our deposit and we have found a different source.

The call I received today was what you would expect from a feral child in terms of manners and attitude. Not a lesson in Customer Service, worst company I have ever dealt with.

To your response below: I was never informed you were waiving any fee - if you are doing your customer a favour and trying to help them I suggest next time telling them. However, this does not at ANY time compensate for the way I was spoken to.

Your owner straight off the bat on the phone had a horrendous tone, if he had explained the waiving off the fee in a polite manor I would of understood and probably have deleted the review straight away.

If this is the way you speak to a PREGNANT WOMEN then I dread to think how he would of approached anyone else. You never offered an extra chopping board and quite frankly your response below is made up. Your owner was from the offset really rude on the phone. The reason I sent a 1 star review was because the man you sent to template, left the house without my sign off and I was then told the drawings were final without my authorisation (having been told I will have to pay for the process) Your communication and service is horrendous and its even more shameful that you are now lying and trying to make yourselves look better.

We have had an excellent experience from Purple Granite and would highly recommend. Each member of staff we spoke with was very professional and had vast experience with products, fitting and aftercare.

The choice of worktops is very vast so every taste is factored for.

We are very, very happy with the quartz we went for, it looks asbloutley great and the quality is amazing.

Heard about through friend of my daughters. Had large island, 2 work surfaces, up stands and splash back for cooker. Great service from initial visit to factory and home fitting. After significant research and multiple quotations from various vendors we finally selected Purple Granite. To be honest they were much cheaper than everyone else. With this in mind we had some concerns, but I can honestly say the whole process from initial discussion and planning through to installation was first class and the end result perfect. I don't normally write reviews but I think they deserve this one.

Absolutely love our new worktops from Purple Granite! The quality is amazing and the finish is perfect. Lucy was brilliant to deal with- friendly and knowledgeable. The whole team, from the showroom to the fitters, made the process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I am a serial house renovator, fitted multiple kitchens always used laminate, well my mind has been well and truly blown! Decided (pressured by the Mrs) we would go stone tops, from the start of the process Purple Granite were faultless, professional courtesy friendly and so easy to deal no pressure selling, just lots of support to assist us in making the right choice, guys who work there all polite everyone so customer focused, the end result is beyond exceptional. I highly recommend this company outstanding craftsmanship and great value for money, thanks to all the team.

From start to finish, a really positive experience with Purple Granite. Good initial assessment of our needs with Laura Davies at the Kidderminster showroom, followed by careful template measurement and good installation. I cannot praise Purple Granite highly enough. The experience right from my initial contact by telephone, visit to the showroom, selection, templating and fitting was pure joy. Wonderful quartz worktops installed today , great service from templater Jake and Simon who were able to discuss further design options and offer advice.
Fitting team today , Harry, Tom and teams ( 5 men in total to get a huge island slab in place) were amazing . Respectful, polite and very helpful.
Professional operation.
Great communication too, kept updated on the whole process.
My only suggestion would be at the choice of worktop stage , perhaps a bigger display of worktops in situ or otherwise as it difficult to make a choice on small samples .
