Great value, hassle-free insurance
I started insuring my dogs through Purely Pets due to their great policy prices, and I’ve been with them for 4 years now. I’ve had 3 claims, some took a while to settle but never any issues or stress and my vet dealt with them directly. My poor basset hound unexpectedly died 2 weeks ago, riddled with cancer. Purely Pets not only settled her claim with the vet within a week, they sent me condolences, then paid me back the cost price of my lovely dog. It’s always easy to get through to them on the phones, and when messaging them on the app they always respond in a timely manner. I don’t think I’ve ever given another insurance company a five star review, but Purely Pets have definitely deserved this one.

Second pet added.
I already had one pet registered with Purely so it made sense to register my second. Easy to use website and it automatically added my second policy to my account, keeping everything in one easy to access place once I followed the email instructions that I received after registration.

Goodbye Jake, Hello Ralph!
We had our Golden Retriever, Jake, insured with Purely Pets for the last five years of his life. We had many visits to the vets unfortunately and not once did they quibble with a claim and were very efficient and understanding. Just this morning we've insured our Golden Retriever puppy, Ralph, with Purely Pets. 'Nuff said :)

Unnecessary questions
Couldn't pay the premium through the website having put in all my details, as the page for bank authorization did not fully display so I couldn't see the button to continue. I called customer service and answered the security questions but then I was forced to answer all of the questions I had already answered for the quote which the person answering the call had in front of them . Very frustrating and irritating.

Good insurance I would say we hadn't…
Good insurance I would say we hadn't had to really use the insurance at the moment but when it's been needed we have been told by vets that they don't accept it and you now have to make claim like as if you was claiming on a car insurance sorta thing so you can't really just hand your insurance over and pay that way anymore so that's disappointing
