I wish I could give NO stars. This company is constantly in violation of the CAN SPAM act. I have unsubscribed and I still get almost daily spam. The company will NOT respond to my emails and Ebay only gives me lip service in helping me stop this violation on their site.
I am trying this to get them to stop. Contact their ISP at abuse@comcast.net or postmaster@comcast.net or contact Comcast directly. Be polite and send the email header from them.
Here is why you need to report it to the Spammer's Provider

I bought some charms that were sent to my mother. Thougt my bought them 3days before my mother's birthday, It was sent to my mother just in her birthday. Thank you very much. My mother very like them.
They don't answer the phone or return email
I have tried everyday for two weeks to get a return authorization number. According to their return policy, you must have the return authorization number. They don't answer their phone and they don't answer email. Now I'm going to try contacting the Better Business Bureau in their area. I need to return some beads as the snap beads don't work as stoppers as they described. My daughter doesn't think the glass bead colors are very accurate to the website. What appeared purple actually is a brownish purple. It's terrible that they don't answer their published phone number or their email.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
This company have no concept of customer service. They do not respond to emails, and I have now waited 2 months for them to send me the goods which I have paid for. They have sent me 3 incorrect items now, and not offered any apology or explanation. Please avoid this company like the plague! (If I could give them zero stars I would!!)

This company has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! First off if you want to return anything go ahead and FORGET IT. You have to have a return authorization # (RA#) in order to return or exchange a product. When you try to contact them for it, they absolutely will not respond to you. The 2 numbers provided under their contact information are not legit at all. It's a recording that plays over and over again and never connects you to anyone. They don't respond to emails either. Their hours of operation are false advertised too...it says they're open Sat 10am-12pm PST however when you call it says you have reached them after hours and they tell you they're only open MON-FRI 9am-5pm PST so thanks for false advertising that you're open on SATURDAYS!!! THIS COMPANY IS SO AWFUL I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. I'm trying to find each and every website I can to complain. NO ONE MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE!!!

THIS COMPANY IS VERY GOOD AT TAKING YOUR MONEY AND SENDING YOU WHATEVER THEY PICK OUT OF A BIN WHETHER IT IS CORRECT OR NOT, THEY SCREWED UP AND I HAVE SENT FOUR EMAILS ASKING WHERE TO SEND THE ITEM I NEVER ORDERED AND HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD YET... Fraudulent company
I got a brand new credit card and broke it in with a purchase on Pugster.com. It was the only charge on my card, still to this very day. Got a call several days ago stating a charge was placed on my card. No one else has this information but Pugster.
Close your browser and don't give purchasing anything from them a second thought. You will save yourself a lot of aggravation.

I placed an after Christmas order using New Year discount codes. Guess what I am out 57.00... and luckily? paid for items using PayPal - why do I say lucky? please read the following.... 1) week after placing order I received email that I had items in my shopping cart, reminding me to check out. The items shown were exactly the items I ordered. 2) following day I received the following email

We sincerely apologize for the oversight that our data base has been modified. We just find your shipping address is not shown on our data base. Could you email us your order information like shipping address, your name and what did you order?

3) THEN...I received phone call from the fraudulent department for my credit card...two questionable charges on my credit card (the one I used at pugster) for Dell and some Energy Company. Hmmm i seriously doubt their database was MODIFIED...more like COMPROMISED. And gee...the red flag to the credit card company was the user was posting wrong name and address associated with my card. Isn't that what Pugster was asking me for?
My credit card has since been cancelled, and I think I'm lucky to have used a different form of payment because they only TOOK 57 dollars. MY ADVICE..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Worst ordering experience
If there was a minus star rating I would use it. I purchased a charm bracelet for my granddaughter and was told it could be returned. The pictures on the charms were too small to be enjoyed, there were no instructions, and my daughter who does crafts with children could not put it together. I've sent at leat four emails and tried to reach the company by phone a dozen times. They have no regard for the customer.
HORRIBLE - SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
I ordered items for Christmas with 2-3 day shipping. 1) they didn't arrive until 12/24, which was too late; 2) they didn't ship all the items; 3) they didn't give a clear explanation as to why they didn't ship; 4) after getting an explanation I was told they would ship "soon"; 5) after trying to get an answer of the definition of "soon", I was told 4-5 business days. 6) as of 1/11/2012 they STILL Hadn't shipped (this was now over 15 business days); 7) I had asked for a refund or a ship date FOUR times - i finally threatened to go to the BBB if they didn't give me a ship date or refund. They gave me a refund 24 hours later.
This company is a joke. They wouldn't know customer service if you spotted them the c-u-s-t-o-m-e-r. Save yourself a lot of stress and hassle. Don't order anything from them.
BEWARE! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I placed an order with this company just before Christmas. I tried to contact them to upgrade my shipping on the order and I couldn't get in contact with them. The main phone number on their website has been disconnected. I found a non 1-800 for them and that number too has been disconnected. I sent several emails to cancel my order. They didnt reply to my 4 emails and the live chat feature on the website is never available. I left 2 messages via the live chat and I never got a response from them either. What this says to me is that the company is a fraud or on its way to bankruptcy. Since I am unable to contact the company and they will not reply to my emails, I filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. My money has been returned and 1 week after Christmas, I got part of my shipment. Still seeking to return the products. Stay away from pugster.com.

All I can say is don't bother with this company!! They will not take your calls and they will not respond to your emails. My son used this company to send me a Christmas gift. He is 18 and joined the Air Force and he is stationed overseas and he wanted to send me something nice from him. I received one of the charms in the order, but I didnt receive the Air Force charm that really was the one that I wanted. They charged him for the complete shipment and he hasnt received a credit for the charm that wasn't shipped. i have all of the documented information which includes the original invoice and phone calls and emails that i have sent to try to get this resolved. Their phones dont work..just ring & ring, really what kind of company dont answer their phones??? Sent several emails they will respond but nothing has been resolved as of yet....BUYER BEWARE!!! I messaged my son and let him know what I have found and what type of reviews this company has and told him to also watch his bank account. Nothing about this company is good!!!!! take your business to a site you know or shop locally...I'M MAD!!!!!! The sad thing is it was just a small thoughtful gift from my son..its not the $$$..its the principal of things !!!!!!!!!

Someone has been purchasing dell computers with my debit bank card. Around $500 already has been taken from my account with more charges still pending. Pay a little bit more for you charm at a better company, or pay $500 plus here.
