I ordered the necklace on instagram- it needed duties paid, I said please return it and they have NOT reimbursed me. Total thieves!

Shipping was very quick, the communications were solid, and the product was beautiful. I can't wait for her to open this on Christmas morning.

Customer Support is VERY helpful. I love that you can pick your color pearl for many of the pieces and they will send you variations of hues within any color you want. I own two necklaces and a pair of earrings from Timeless Pearl and plan to continue to add to my collection. They have a quality product and excellent service.

Customer service was terrific, but the bracelet was not as described and broke when I tried to put it on.

Pretty brooch, she loved it! The additional cost for expedited shipping wasn't worth it (still took longer than two days as I expected) but the item was fantastic!

Although color of each pearl can be expected to be different than pictured the two received did match each other but was disappointing. But the hair thin chain and tiny spring ring clasp are totally unacceptable for a standard of jewelry advertisement.

The pearl was awsome. Customer support was incredible. The necklace that comes with it is not good at all. First thing we did was get a better necklace. The only reason I didn't give you 5 stars. After reading other reviews maybe not include the necklace at all.
