I really like the Mother Daughter Charms Heart Beads Sterling Silver Beads. It really fits my style and really warms my heart. I ordered 132.00 of product on "clearance" and then when to checkout on the website. The subtotal said "free shipping". When I clicked "place order" the shipping and handling charge was 1104.00. You didn't read that wrong. One Thousand One Hundred and Four Dollars.

Contacted customer service to no avail. Had to contact my bank to reverse charges and cancel my credit card.

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with.I tried to cancel my order. I called and the line was busy all day,tried emailing to cancel then when the package came I tried to return it and I can't reach them. Finally they email me and tell me when it was shipped, well I already have the package so I need info on returning it. A criteria has to be followed for a return stamp and they charge 20% for handling fees. Worst customer service ever.

So I purchased a bracelet for my daughter in May and AFTER decided to read reviews about Pugster. I was terrified to read that many people had experienced credit card fraud after purchasing from this site. I called my bank and gave them a heads up, had it noted on my account but went through with the purchase anyway since nothing had yet been done. We received the bracelet with fast shipping, all pieces included and loved it. I thought all was well until June when my card was blocked and I got a call from the fraud department. Apparently there were attempted usage of my card with my mailing address. Now, some can say there is no proof to who this was, but to me, it's pretty coincidental that others experienced the same issue. I also had not used that card for any other online purchases in that time frame. I find it highly interesting that this site also went from getting 1 stars across the board to now getting 5 stars from ALL raters? Who is writing all of these ratings? No one gets 5 stars ALL the time. Just seems a bit suspect to me. Again, the bracelet was great, but use a prepaid card or something to buy from them. Good luck!
