Service is good but ur website is rubbish. Love honey who I purchased from often have photos of their toys being held in someone's hand. This gives a much more realistic visual when it comes to sizes. You should do this. Size is everything when buying a new toy. Also lots of items have no descriptions. Who is going to buy something from you without accurate descriptions? Check out love honey website and learn from them. I would prefer to support you if you see things from a customer perspective.

Quality service.
Items were shipped very quickly and arrived in good time despite the problems Royal Mail are having in dealing with Covid-19.
The packaging was secure, safe and anonymous.

ordered something, 2 days later out of stock
I ordered something then 2 days later received an email saying it was actually out of stock. Still awaiting my refund a further 4 days later.
