Overall the purchase experience was ok

Overall the purchase experience was fine. However, it would be much better if you provided information about delivery and an email to confirm when it’s on its way and how long it might take for delivery.

We have checked the tracking numbers for your order and we have come to the conclusion that the order is still in transit due to an error within the Royal Mail network.
