The lady at the reception had extraordinary politeness with every customer. She was busy and could have behaved hassled and abrupt but she was the exact opposite, she created a haven of peace!

I got a very quick appointment to fix my reversing light and the work was caried out promptly and efficiently. All staff were polite and professional.

Car failed it's mot within 24hrs all parts on and sorted communication was excellent..price as expected...use this center regularly will continue to do so

Excellant service from the easy booking online to the polite receptionist and fast service to replace all four tyres on my car

a little confusion between web listed and branch stocked products and their prices but quickly resolved by area manager.
The eventually chosen tyres were quickly and efficiently fitted.

Good service but perhaps someone can tell me why the branch was unable to match the online price. I was quoted £150 for a tyre which was £103 on line. I was told the branches cannot match online prices. That never used to be the case and seems totally ridiculous. Consequently I went, sat in my car and ordered online, then went back and had it fitted saving £47.

Very helpful and efficient

I called and then visited Barry & Wilkinson Tyre & Exhaust - Team Protyre today with a flat battery, having been problematic for a while I was hoping they would be able to help.

From the moment I called and spoke to a lady about my problem my experience of Barry & Wilkinson could not have been better.

On arrival I found that they did not quite have the right battery and bearing in mind it was coming upto midday on a Saturday it looked for a while that I would be stuck without a car for the rest of the weekend.

I found online I could source the correct type of battery from another local outlet and Barry & Wilkinson said that they would be happy to install the battery and code it to my car.

They did not have to do this but they did. So really they stepped up and help me out, which saved me a huge amounts of further problems over the weekend with out a reliable car.

I can not praise them enough for their help, support and professionalism all lead by a very friendly and knowledgeable lady front of house.

I had an MOT and the experience was not satisfactory.
The only helpful person at the garage was Hanna, so thanks to her for supporting.

Tie rod ends were seized. Rather than attempt to unseize them, they just wanted to replace them plus labour plus VAT...not very helpful at all after already paying almost £500 for other work.
All that said, I've been happy with previous work they've done. Has there been a change in management at this depot?

It was pleasant and easy to arrange for work to be done on my car (the receptionist Hannah is very efficient). The car failed its MOT but the necessary repair was booked in for the next day. I returned the next day and was driven home and collected again when the necessary work had been completed. The car passed its MOT retest and the paperwork was all done and ready for me to pick up with the car. All in all impressive service, reasonable cost and pleasant staff. I will certainly use the garage again.
