I was able too book my Mot on the day…

I was able too book my Mot on the day most suitable for me, ensuring that I had no concerns wether I needed too make other transport arrangements for wor commitments .
There was an advisory with regards brake pads and discs on the mot , it was not an immediate requirement (how long do you leave your brakes?).
They were able to book my vehicle in for the day I required the next Week.
If you require any repairs/ replacement parts and they are a little higher than your current budget allows for, you can get payment options which I believe are interest free ( don’t quote me on that). The lady on reception was extremely pleasant and helpful ( you should give her a bonus/ pay rise ) you won’t find anyone better if she leaves.
Overall a great experience, a bit costly, but that’s the price of running and maintaining a vehicle not the garages problem. They provide that Service and an extremely good service and overall hassle free it has been.

Service was great

Service was great, although i prefer to drive my own vehicle in to have work done, as no seat cover was placed and i dislike others driving it, all due to past experiences at other businesses. Price was on expensive sides in comparrison to other businesses in the area, however i was on a tight schedule and Protyre were available on request.

My Car was booked in today for wheel alignment at 5pm. Had one phone call 2 days before to see if i could get there for 4pm because of the hot weather, during this call I asked about swapping the wheels from front to back was told £100 charge to reset the tyre pressure (TPMS) I said it was not required it is auto setting to be abruptly told it was required.
Then get another call on the day can I get there for 3.30pm, the alignment was checked and settings were out so asked for it to be put right to be told' we can only do the front now, come back tomorrow for the rear to be done'. With no other vehicles in the place and the fact I was 1.5 hours earlier for the appointment at their request shocked me for the loss of business, £90 for alignment plus a possible £50 for changing wheel over.
Shocking treatment of customers who accommodated two time changes even with travelling from work in Manchester.
=========Update
Work carried out at Kwik fit the following day for £112 no charge for swapping wheels around.No mention of reset (TPMS)

Quick and easy experience

Quick and easy experience. Went to get two tyres changed, offered a competitive price and even checked my other tyres and brakes for me. All done within half an hour. Easy to get to.
