I've used them before and I will do so again, anytime. So far they always behaved pretty decent. Not a fault.

Booked online for 10am
was told it was 9am, so a hitch in your system but service completed and am satisfied

Needed to amend my on line MOT booking from 14:30 to 10:30 today. Spoke to Matt who when he understood the circumstances could not have been anymore helpful or accommodating. Felt like I had VIP treatment thanks to Matt and the rest of the team for a friendly stress free experience.

Recently bought a full set of tyres and had them fitted at the Wilmslow location. Found what I wanted online and gave them a call. They were friendly and professional over the phone. The tyres unwanted were not in stock so had to be sent to the garage. This was arranged quickly and I was given a day to get them fitted straight away. On the day the location was easy to find. The tyres were waiting and the service was fast and efficient. I was in my way with four new tyres in around an hour. Can't fault them, polite helpful and great value throughout.

I had a blowout after hitting a pothole on a Tuesday night. Rescue service brought my car home on a trailer as sealant and pump would not work in this case.
There is a Protyre garage less than 5 minutes away so car was left there and I returned first thing in the morning.
Despite not having an appointment, the staff took this job on immediately. The tyre had to be ordered and was delivered by lunchtime. I was back on the road in the afternoon.
Cannot fault Protyre for accommodating me and the excellent service provided.

Shaun went above and beyond to sort out my warranty claim. Would highly recommend.

The website booked me into an appointment that didn’t exist! So instead of being seen at 8.30
am my car wasn’t going to be looked at until 3.30pm. However the staff were apologetic and the work was completed on the same day.

Kieran was great at the Wilmslow branch. Dealt with me professionally and with great product knowledge whilst very obviously overworked with a constant stream of customers at the desk, the phone ringing and the staff requiring direction and instruction. I hope you reward him well and get him an assistant!

A mechanic was ready and waiting to fit a new tyre after I was escorted by the AA to the garage, following a rip to a tyre and emergency repair. Excellent service all round. Thank you.

Don’t use this company. I took my car in for a puncture and to check a front tyre. After inspection the mechanic told the man on reception the puncture could be repaired and the front tyre was an advisory. He waited for 10 minutes and then told me I needed 2 new tyres. I took it elsewhere and the puncture was fixed and told that the front tyre was in limits for an MOT. Avoid like the plague.
