Went in for an MOT on my Tesla Model Y. The service was friendly and efficient with the technician explaining a couple of the observations made. Left with a car that passed its MOT and with confidence that they knew what they were talking about. I will definitely go back to them when the MOT is due next year
PS. I've used their sister branch in Nailsea for a full set of tyres too. Again an efficient and friendly service

Booked in for MOT, which the car failed, but Protyre were able to complete the necessary repairs on the same day. I’ve been using Protyre for over a decade, never had a reason to go anywhere else.

Great service and reasonable price. Completed on time.

I was able to get a slot for my car on the day I rang and my replacement battery was fit within half an hour. I was invited to stay & have a coffee whilst it was being installed.

The helpfulness of the team to get a couple of miners fixed there and then so as to get my car through the MOT 🙂

Didn’t have any major issues with my car when I booked in for an MOT and liked the fact I could spread the cost with Klarna online but when I left reception after picking up my car I was accidently given the wrong key so had to go back in then when I actually got into my car the chair was filthy it had oil marks on and their was a used fag but left on the chair, not a nice way to get back into my car

I recently had a small problem with a tyre losing pressure so booked an appointment with pro tyre Weston Super Mare I found The staff friendly Helpful and professional The problem turned out to be a tiny screw inbedid in the tyre which was just a quick repair done promptly and at a reasonable price will certainly youse pro tyre again in the future

The staff are great, always use your company, but did have an issue this time and that's why only 4 stars. My service was booked for 10.30, I got there at 10.20, now do not expect it to be looked at straight away but was not started until about 12.00 and finished after 2.00. I have to wait for it so was a bit unhappy that had to wait 4 hours.

I could not fault there service enough, i will definitely be taking my car here from now on. I booked my car in for an M.o.T was offered free hot drinks for there vending machine, from the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome and being a middle aged women it can sometimes be a bit intimidating going into a garage but didn't feel like that at all.. my car actually failed the m.o.t due to my back seat being faulty but the man on the front desk said let me what I can do and see if I can fix it, he must have spent 15-20mins out on it and managed to fix it for me and then put it through as a pass..I could not have been happier , so thank you guys. Xx

Had my new tyre fitted after finding a bad puncture and ordering online the day before, the guys were fantastic as always. The chap on the reception was welcoming when we arrived and said hello to my young son too. I wanted to mention a special thanks particularly to Leo who was really thoughtful in parking my car when it was ready in the workshop so that I was able to load my little boy into the car in the dry as it looked like it was about to rain, that was really kind and much appreciated. Thank you ever so much! Very competitive price for my Dunlop tyre, a brilliant tyre shop and felt fully at ease throughout the whole visit. Thank you Protyre Weston 😀👍🏻

Mot . Very friendly, good price. Needed work doing was cheaper than I thought. They did it the same day. Again friendly helpful staff. 3rd time I've used them and will.use again. Toyota aygo. New brake pads and disks
