Had a slight wait but then the trye got…
Had a slight wait but then the trye got fitted balanced and vehicle tracking was checked all in good time. The staff were professional and polite the whole time.

Best price for the tyres I wanted. Easy to purchase and book fitting appointment online. Very friendly and likeable man on reception. Tyres fitted promptly. Will definitely use again.

Avoid is very poor
I have been using my local garage for a long time I always go back to think it will be better but it is getting worse. I booked my service with it I dropped my car at 8:30, meant to finish at 11 30 not call till 3 o'clock then I rang them and they say oo we mixed up I don't know how they can mean to be full service but I can't see how they are providing any service it very poor job waste my time and money

Booked a free brake check/tyre…
Booked a free brake check/tyre check/alignment check for today at 9:00am, at the Westbury branch, thinking that an early appointment would have more chance of being done on time. Arrived early, stood at the reception desk and was ignored by the two staff behind the desk. After almost 5 minutes and still no response of any sort, I asked the other customer who was waiting if he was being served, his response was "I don't think anybody's being served ". Eventually, somebody else arrived and asked if they could help. After explaining why I was there, he asked if I was leaving the car or waiting ... I said waiting. An hour later, still nobody had looked at the car, or informed me that there was any sort of problem. At 10:00am I asked the reception desk what was the delay .... after looking in the workshop he turned and said "because they're working on another car" !! and didn't know when they'd finish. No apology or anything. Hence to say, I asked for the keys back and left. So what's the point of booking an appointment ? and most of, why wasn't I kept informed of the problem.

Long period for tyre replacementment
The installation of the tyres took over 90 mins, which seemed excessively long. Also the car settings were not adjusted to register new pressures, which I believe, led to the car signaling an error in the tyre pressures later on in the day.

Excellent service - Saved me lots of Money!
Excellent service guys were great, thought i had a puncture but they actually found valve was leaking, They replaced the valve and saved me alot of money getting a new tyre. Really great service and staff were awesome!
