Took car in for mot . Booked slot on line where there were lots of times available however they seemed short staffed and unable to cope with work load. Car went in at 10 and failed but I didn't get to know until 1.30 and they said they would ring me back with quote. No phone call until 4.45 pm and they then told me they couldn't fix issue . One whole day wasted for an mot that should take one hour . Failed car yet when I took it to another garage they said they were not major faults. Had my car off road for a week with disabled son . Would never go back for mot again

Staff went above and beyond to help sort my car out. Very polite and accommodating. Also very reasonably priced.

Easy to book in on line, pick a date and time that suits. Nice and friendly staff.

The guys are great, the service and work is always spot on and the communication throughout couldn't be better. Have used PT for a few years now both for maintenance and diagnostics and am always consulted. Added bonus is I can use my NHS discount on occasion too so it's a win win.

Used protyre a number of times now and never had any issues, just got 2 more tyres for my Kia sportage and they were the best price in the area would definitely recommend

I called the Stockport branch to get a new tyre fitted today after getting a puncture. The AA driver suggested Protyre and when I called, the man I spoke to said to bring it down and they would sort it straight away for me.
They did just that, had a new tyre fitted and I was back on the road in 10-15 mins.
Excellent service and price good too. They suggested a similar spec to my existing tyre (not budget and not top end) and all sorted for just under £90.

Sorted tracking out, the van is stupidly low so most places can’t do it but pro tyre Stockport’s sorted it

Fitting was average - tyres pressures all over the place (this has happened previously) & now one tyre seems to be losing air. Going to have to go back. Shame.

I was not contacted when extra work was needed on my car resulting in the work not finished until the next day.
I have been using this garage to a number of years and will consider using another garage next time
