Superb! Noticed a nail in my tyre and slow puncture at 7pm, went online and found tyre in stock, booked in for 9am the next day. Fitted swiftly with no up sale, perfect service. Highly recommend

Wow thankyou guys. My wife went to go shopping then the school run only to find her car had a flat tyre. Quite desperate I called this company and they came to our home address to fix a puncture in plenty of time for the school run. Very fast efficient service. Happy wife=happy life? Awful and dangerous service from Great Dunmow branch. Replaced 2 caravan tyres with smaller and lower load rated tyres and of that wasn’t bad enough, the new tyres are 5 years old!!! How a ‘leading’ tyre provider can confirm stock of a tyre size 185R14C 102/100R and think it safe to install 5 year old 175R14C 99/98N tyres is beyond me.

The people were very efficient and honoured a promotion on Aircon top up. They also checked my oil levels and topped up as requested. It's only been a week but no problems detected so far.

Excellent service, staff are friendly and helpful. And their prices are the cheapest around, a lot cheaper than getting tyres from a car main dealer that is for sure!

Nice people....but didn't return voicemails and a breakdown in communication between the office and workshop caused a small problem with one of the replaced tyres not being retained as requested

A very wicked and easy experience, from dropping off my car to collection

Booking the car service online left much to be desired (I should have phoned the local dealer) - in particular that with just the choice of bronze/silver/gold with no indication of what was appropriate for the car age/service history and I was surprised that the full charge was made to my credit card just after booking (rather than after the work done). However, the local Dunmow staff were friendly, super-helpful (including printing out missing service history records from previous years) and very accommodating, especially when we had to delay the service at the last minute due to a flat battery.

The car was failed on screen washers not working. They were found to be working after the test. It was also failed on an insecure headlight. I pointed out that it was secure when the bonnet was down. It should not have been failed when the vehicle is in its normal operating condition. I was then charged £95 labour to fix it. I found this unnecessary and excessive. I will be very reluctant to use Protyre again.

A couple of years ago I used protyer and the staff there was appalling no customer service rude to the point of ignorance however now were so much improved in al aspects top marks

Can happily recommend this company as my experience recently with an MOT ended up a bit of a shock as my car failed.
The work was done efficiently and I was very glad that they re MOT'd and I know have a fully fit car.
Although an unexpected repair bill is never a good bit of news, the cost was fair and the work carried out quickly.

It was for an MOT so not much to review really. Apart from my interaction with the customer services. All ok at booking in. Said they would phone when ready. That never happened. Had my phone on me all day. No missed calls or voicemails. So left it over 4 hours after my appointment time, five hours after dropping the car off and went to collect. I was told they tried to call but didn't get through. If they did bother to try they didn't try very hard. I was then told I would have got an email... I wasn't expecting an email, I was expecting a call. As a woman it is not my first experience of being patronised by a man working in a garage.
