Got an appointment a few hours after turning up without notice, job done quickly and easily. Very impressed.

Couteous staff , knowledgable and very prompt, a bit like going to the barbers chatted about everything.
Product was good price.
Customer service is everything and they were good!

Always offered first class, trustworthy advice and help each time I have visited the Devizes branch. Quick to be seen by super friendly staff and nothing ever seems too much trouble.

Very efficient service, easy to book online, very smooth from booking to fitting.

Minor gripe is that the fitter didn’t set the tyre pressures correctly, so the warning light came on 100 meters down the road and I had to stop at a garage to reset. Minor gripe though

This depot runs so well under Charlie's stewardship, it is organised and everyone is looked after. The team members are all occupied and do a professional job. All I can say really, apart from please get the vending machine back in action ;-)

Took booking with very little notice around Christmas and were v efficient.

Job was booked for my daughters car whilst the tyre replacement was fine an attempt to up sell front pads and discs led to me making an unwarranted 20 mile journey over to inspect the brakes which as expected were no more than 50% worn! As a retired engineer this behaviour annoys me and ultimately loses custom.

Helpful, speedy, reasonable price. Felt looked after.
