My car was booked in for a new tyre and all four brake discs and pads i was aware how expensive it was going to be.
So wheni collected it , it was a nice touch that they replaced a broken part of my suspension for free because I had already spent a substantial amount, even so it was a classy touch.

Very accommodating and efficient staff, good value pricing.

The team at Protyre in Devizes are always friendly and helpful. They provide a professional service, and I would go anywhere else.

Service and MOT completed promptly.
The only comment is that they could not confirm that my vehicle manufacturers portal had been updated following the service. However, this request was completed within a couple of days.

My booking was for an aircon recharge. I booked and had the job done on the same day at the appointed time for a reasonable price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for more really.

Arrived at the Devizes branch for our booking and were told there was a fault with the compressor and they could not complete the work.
We were offered a different booking date but unfortunately we need the tyres done that morning.
The branch rang round other branches to see if we could be fitted in that morning. The staff were so helpful and the Chippenham branch offered a excellent service when we arrived

We use Protyre Devizes for services, MOT’s and tyre replacements and have always received good customer service. This last MOT was no exception. Having found a nail in one of tyres during the process, a fresh appointment was made to fix it the following day. All very efficient.
