Fantastic company and team
Fantastic company, have used them for a few years now, they have always been very straightforward and honest about anything. A very down to earth team and will do anything they can to help you and save you money. Massive thanks to Craig, Adam and the team at Protyre Derby for always being willing to help and explain when I have any slight issue with my car!

Great bunch of guys
Great bunch of guys. Changed my tyres and noticed that SEAT Vertu had cross threaded not 1 but 3 bolts when refitting my wheel. They tapped out the thread and fitted new bolts, got me on my way

Very Friendly Professional Service…
It was easy to book a timed slot for my car MOT online with Protyre Mansfield Road Derby branch. There was even a promotional discount code of £10 which I used. The staff were very friendly and pleasant and the waiting area was clean and tidy with hot drinks available. The only minor criticism was that although I had a timed slot for my car it was over an hour late going in the workshop for the MOT test which meant I was hanging around for longer than I expected. No explanation was given for the delay but apologies for the wait.

Where do I start ! The whole team is absolutely awesome - Adam who looked after my car is honest, reliable, and very very professional. He explained things clearly & genuinely went the xtra extra mile. I've brought my car in couple of times now, and each experience has been consistently great.

the team at Protyre Derby couldn't do more to help. Found a specific tyre I wanted. Booked me in the next day and got it fitted with no fuss. They also checked my other tyres for ensure my safety. Will use them again.
