Outstanding service from start to finish
From start to finish, my experience with Protyre was excellent.
I spoke to Ant, asking about a quote for a battery as mine was dead 😢 he came back to me within the time he said he would with a quote. I had been to various places for quotes as this wasn't in my budget! And another quote Id received was a lot cheaper (the battery was cheaper and the warranty wasn't as long. I'm not saying Protyre were more expensive.. just to put that but in!) So I wanted the best possible price.
I asked Ant if there were any other cheaper ones that they did. He again said he would go away and come back to me. Ant called me back and advised he could order the same battery as the one I'd been given the cheaper quote on and that they could do it for £50 cheaper! I was so happy!
I went down there on Saturday.. was greeted with a smile and my car was taken straight In.
After enjoying a cup of lovely coffee (from their machine) my car was ready!
Super fast service, great price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Protyre. thank you so much d

They care and reliable.
The car after service is now feeling very reliable. I got late for taking back the car as traffic jam. They waited for me. I asked for change sparkle plug, they changed for me.

Wheel alignment
I came down for a wheel alignment last minute because mr tyre let me down with my booking and the bloke behind the desk managed to fit me in there and then! Outstanding customer service also the young lad came out to show me how far my wheels were out of alignment, overall was a great experience and I’d be using them again in the future

the service was good until I drove my…
the service was good until I drove my car at speed the next morning the car was virtually undrivable on checking the tyres when hot my psi was 43,/44 in tyres that should of been 32/33 could have been very dangerous
