Excellent service, quick and very professional, if needed would definitely use again

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, and I have used Protyre for tyres, many times without issue but when it comes to other services, my experience hang been as good.
On a recent visit for four wheel alignment…
Unfortunately the tech who did the car didn’t have the specific tools for the car. After the alignment, the steering was about 1/16 of turn off to one side.
I’ve had to book the car into a main dealer for the alignment to be done again.
The staff were nice and did the best they could with what they had, but I’d have preferred it if they had advised they couldn’t do it all so I’m not having to pay twice.
On a previous visit for four wheel alignment (Penrith 2024) adjustments were made but the tech totally failed to spot that a ball joint was absolutely shot and so alignment was 100% pointless until the ball joint was replaced. Still charged me for the second alignment too!

Just called in on the off chance. I suspected that my car was out of track. unfortunately they were busy and asked if I could come back the next day, so I turned up next day and was seen to immediately, near side wheel slightly out. the staff were very helpful and efficient and explained things in layman's terms. Will definitely use them again.

4 tyres +tracking in less than an hour thanks to ash. Staff polite and friendly good price

I was lucky to take my car in at a quiet time, and was looked after straight away. The Manager kindly talked to me whilst continuing to carry out his duties. I has previously tried two other tyre fitters, one who mainly ignored me, and another that tried to fix the problem, without success. It looks like Protyre have fixed my slow leak for which I am grateful.

Ordered a tyre online, booked a slot, arrived slightly early, tyre changed immediately, and I was away before booking time! Excellent service

Ordered my tyres straight away (they are a large size) and fitted them the next day. Service was quick and efficient, staff professional

Selected tyre type and visited location to order and book fitting date. Told I could not as they were premium tyres and it all had to be done on line! Told the week I wanted was a Bank Holiday week but they were open on the Mon. O.K. but I want Wed 28th. Booked on line for that day for 09.30 and arrived to be told I was down for the previous week! Had to come back that day at 4. Maybe your system put in the tyre delivery date. More than happy with the staff at that location. Why can't the order/payment/fitting appointment be done at the same place? THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE SHEFFIELD CENTRE.
