Had a damaged tyre on our campervan at the begin of our 2 week holiday. The manager managed to squeeze us in even though the garage was extremely busy. Went above and beyond to get us on our way quickly. Would highly recommend.

Repeated praise, I had excellent service when buying tyres. Then today I picked up a slow puncture, so visited again and had outstanding attention.

Got my car in quick but very slow on…
Got my car in quick but very slow on the day, waited 1 hrs 45mins for 3 new tyres and alignment. No update with the length of wait except after 30 mins saying we're putting the tyres on now.
Good initially on showing me the tyre tread being low.
As soon as I drove off the tyre pressure light came on in my car. On checking tyre pressures at home, they were all completely wrong.
This didnt fill me with any confidence

Easy to use website, great service and good value
Compared tyre prices online with “other suppliers”Protyre is competitive and so I chose them. Booked my appointment online for a convenient time to me and paid. Communication was excellent with emails showing the payment made and time arranged plus details as to what was required etc.
All very easy and all I needed to do was turn up to have the tyres fitted.
Service was good and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, the service I received following a failed MOT left a sour taste in my mouth. I have used Protyre for years for the MOT’s on my car, but I was told that as they aren’t diesel specialists, to go & Google how to sort getting the issues looked at! Wasn’t given any advice or recommendations at all on how I could get the car through the mot. I was informed I had 10 days to book in for a retest, but was also told “don’t call on day 8 expecting to get the car retested in time”.
Considering I had no idea how to fix the issues at the time, this didn’t fill me with any confidence at all!
I’ll use a different garage in future, which is a real shame.
