They are thorough, conscientious, but don't try to do anymore than is necessary. I found these mechanics genuine and trustworthy and will absolutely stay with them now.

A man of his word
I had a really good experience with Protyre on Bristol Road in Bridgwater.
During their inspection, the Protyre team pointed out that some of the parts previously fitted to my car, by diffrent garage, were incorrect, so I really appreciated that they noticed the issue and brought it to my attention.
What impressed me even more was the way the Ptotyre manager dealt with the situation. He was extremely understanding and had a genuinely positive attitude towards helping me as a customer. He offered to carry out the wheel alignment again, completely free of charge once the correct parts had been fitted.
A week later, I returned after having the correct parts installed, and the manager kept his promise without any fuss or hesitation. It is refreshing to come across someone who genuinely stands by their word, a real man of his word and a credit to the business.
I really appreciate the way the situation was handled and the excellent customer service I received. I would definitely recommend Protyre on Bristol Road in Bridgwater.
