Tyres bought through Etyre for my wife’s car, turned up for my appointment and Etyre had not only sent the wrong make of tyre but 2 different sizes, chap on reception very helpful and sorted tyres for next morning, will definitely use again

1. Received a text to confirm the order, but didn't receive an email despite my email address being correct in your system. It would be helpful to have both.
2. The music in your waiting room was too loud, please consider it as background music (to be honest, I actually found this stressful).

Very positive. A simple human error from a staff member of booking my car in for a MOT a month later than required was very quickly rectified by Protyre. I was impressed by the honest response and acceptance of a genuine mistake. A gesture of half price MOT was offered and gratefully received. Always had a wonderful service from Protyre Bridgend.
