Went in unbooked with a puncture, reception was very good, had my car in and puncture repaired within 45 mins, can't fault the service

Very pleased with the service I tell and the lady who I spoken to was very helpful I said that I need three new tyres she had my history information and suggested the same tyres and got them out of stock for me and I had them fitted the same day

On arrival
On arrival, receptionist was on phone but completely ignored me.
Even when off phone,he still failed acknowledge me for further 5-10 mins.
Asked me where wheel nut was; on telling him was in glove compartment, he told me no good and needs be on passenger seat.
From Appointment time to leaving,was there for NINETY MINUTES for just 2 tyre being changed.
Reception area full of people who reported also been waiting ages for feedback car,updates(not a good atmosphere in their)
Walk in person greeted friendly by Receptionist and dealt with asap cf poor couple who had been there over hour with no update on their car,had asked about it but Receptionist chose NOT deal with them but Walk in instead
Receptionist appeared be "having bad day" as heard muttering under his breathe about Staff efficiency(not very professional)
Would NOT go there again

Outstanding service
