Mike Wolf has been fantastic. We had him do our policies and then when it came time to renew we got lured away by a slightly lower rate. We very much regretted leaving, and I am glad to say we have both of our rentals insured with Mike again. He’s very responsive and professional, and I would recommend him to anyone.

If you’re thinking about hosting a short term rental, you need Proper Insurance. Taylor Stults, my account rep took the time to answer every question I had in detail and even compared other quotes I had received to provide me an objective comparison of the costs and benefits involved.

That’s what sold me on Proper. Even if you don’t end up going with them and I highly advise against that, at the very least have them compare your other quotes so that you can make an informed decision.

The devil is in the details and when you read the fine print, I think it makes sense to go with Proper despite their higher price point. You can’t put a price on peace of mind. Well they do but I think it’s reasonable.
