Customer service was first class
Customer service was first class. Needed to replace side plates that my little children had broken and they don’t sell them on their own so the great person in store found me some leftover ones and let me have them. The next thing I need for my kitchen will be from them.

To steam or not to steam
I found the steamer basket I was looking for, and the staff were very helpful. I didn’t have to wait long to pay for my items. The design of the basket was interesting, but I decided to return it the next day and am still searching for the perfect one.

Being late for the best knifes
I arrived 5 minutes for the closing time, and the guys were really nice and helpful, we made jokes for being late, and they guided me to find what I wanted.

I received such knowledgeable service from Mark in the Westfield White City store. He helped me choose from the vast range of frying pans in store. His expertise on the products was amazing and I left with the perfect frying pan. Thank you so much for a brilliant shopping experience .
